HT if the 800k is for working capital then the investor has every right to see sirius,s trolleys.Who would invest that amount without any knowledge. The relatively small amount given the potential assets suggests there will be an event when that money is spent.I assume the figure is quite specific to the company needs leading up to the event.

Yes...I've been here ten years...and the same rampers are also still here ramping....and guess what...nothing's changed...and as far as DR's

A "don`t-know" punter chucking in £800,000

I may be thick and stupid( buying this share proves that point) but I'm not daft enough to buy £800,000 worth of shares......without some inside knowledge....which smacks of inside trading.

When they calculated 15 million being enough to get it all done it has clearly run over budget and the working capital needs in relation to the 15 million suggests we are ever closer to the end and in April we will be without an office although I suspect it's already signed up by the new owner to take on the remaining 2 years of the lease.Sirius will know at this stage how much they need to complete and 800k doesn't go very far so tick tock tick tock

qp...There are always people with spare cash prepared to take a gamble ... (If it is, as I suspect, an Institution or Funding company in the business of loaning cash to O@G companies, then they could probably off set any losses against tax liabilities ...hence cost them nothing)

Dr...It's strangely ironic that we're not totally sure what assets they have, we're not totally sure how many new shares they intend to issue, we don't know how many, if any, deals are 'over the line', we don't know at what price they intend to relist at, we don't even know what the new name of the company will be.....and they want us to invest on this information?...very strange. How can we get excited on what we've been issued so far.

All i am concerned about is seeing this relisted at over 2p so I can get out of this, sooner the better!

Get back to being a listed Co. asap, AD with new acquisitions and get those assets into production.
Tbh I`d now settle for seeing 5bn shares in issue at anything over 1p.
A £50m NewCo that should quickly gain in value, provided that the funding is in place.

If you get of your high horse I assume the poster is referring to the fact that someone is looking to sell not highlighting another trade. Given how long this has gone on, if there are buyers I'm sure many would need a bit of cash especially if they had a sub 1p average.

What matters is this company communicates when it is gonna relist and what assets with, we need our money in our trading accounts not this Mickey mouse jpj rubbish. Then we can get out hopefully with some money we've had tied up for years, even if we get something back it'll he better than nothing with this lockdown. Life on lockdown shares on lockdown!

This company is just one big bore like the majority of posts and posters on here, just get a move on relist and return our money 10 years for zero return is not acceptable.
Zzzzzz.

I'm sure you've been well briefed so no need for your hysterical posts.

How about stop being a silly sausage and give us all a break for a week or two
