Lotusflower 11 Oct '20 - 09:47 - 106050 GAS to power

Anglo Tunisian Oil & Gas – Production, exploration & oil field development.
"ATOG is a privately owned oil and gas exploration and production company, dedicated to realising the full potential of its diversified asset portfolio. The company is further developing capability through gas to power and carbon capture projects. The company aims to stop all gas flaring by 2021."

Start off with Tunisia, then expand into Nigeria to provide gas for the giant Lekki industrial complex where Dangote features prominently.

More chance of getting a tuggy off Shania Twain than 35p. Pie in the sky nonsense.

35p now we're talking.Ho ho hoBest thing is to steer clear of Nigeria and concentrate on new areas, as we may well be doing.2.5p or 35p with consolidation still means cash back or a profit finally Gla.

well thanks to vats good work with the companies house reply looks like we surely should hear something before end of november, i'm pretty sure that we wont be able to kick the can down the road beyond xmas. looking likely from whats been hinted at on here that it will be a slow opening of the curtain and not one big reveal but who cares if it means getting this back relisted with some positive vibes.

I'm done-raving about the board and what they should have done. How many rumours have well ALL heard and got hopes up about. It would be nice to be sat on the other side of the fence for the first time. I'm not referring to knowledge, I'm on about profit!

Rosso. Your claiming credit for ATOG. Your month's behind the curve on this one. In my opinion there are several you haven't even got to yet. I'm sure when the time comes your claim credit for those as well. Now if you don't mind I'm going to open a bottle of wine and enjoy the evening with my wife.

Re above, factor in a 1 for 10 consolidation which is a highly likely consequence of any forthcoming merger. A realistic rerate would be old 2.5p (new 25p.) With no placing dilution in the AD, that would see NewCo relist at £90m mcap, which imo would be most satisfactory for Deal 1, 5x the current susp price. 25p in old money, never mind 35p+, is pie-in-the-sky.

Hi Deadly. In my opinion Bobo is in this for the long run, so as the price builds we can sell at any time. I hope not to sell below 25p,but the oil business is in a different place now, but my ideal price is North of 35p, how long to achieve this depends on the assets we're building. In my opinion we are building substantial assests for the company.
Have a good evening.

I`ll be among the first to give credit when credit is due. We all certainly hope that some kind of game-changer is about to transpire. I doubt very much that the ATOG theory can be dismissed as drivel, esp when backed up by Vat`s recent merger find + Henderson`s linkedin confirmation that Sirius has indeed branched out to N. Africa. As for "behind the curve", the only thing known previous about ATOG was a Feb 2020 report that Taylor and Stein had been recruited to drive their Tunisian assets. We can now also add in O`Keefe as COO of both companies, plus the fact that ATOG is looking to expand its African footprint.

If the Sirius directors have lined up 2 x £40m funding for 114 and 109, with 119 and 95 in view, a merged NewCo is going to be off to a flier.

Rosso...... It is rather sad that you spend so much time going over old posts. I think you must be parinoid. I haven't got any spare time to go over years and years of your theories and drivel. I think you just want to be top dog on the board. Anyone dare post something different and you go on the attack. A number of us have suffered this. Your MO is to pick up bits and pieces of other people's post and string something together, and that silly, silly poll you held didn't go the way you wanted did it. You but you have your following. Thats up to them. But remember this is an open forum, not Rosso forum.

Just a quick revamp on the 'Wonga'/ICON situation... Why would 'wonga', having been rejected and paid off by ICON (as in the srsp parallel) suddenly, out of the blue, within a couple of days, pounce on the company that rejected them, and acquire a 24% holding?....The fact is that 'wonga' have been in detailed discussion with their client so as to obtain funds and as a result may be privy to plans/information that has since materialised , hence privy to circumstantial info that was still 'in the offing' at the time of the loan, hence not released. The point being, I'm certain that as a result of money loaned to srsp by 'wonga' they have more idea of their plans than we do...You may ask, 'why has the Jenkin's site not moved'...the answer being that 'Wonga' have been told that srsp WILL relist, but to tie up sums of money for an unknown, indefinite period with still yet more shares to be issued, is bad business. The moment srsp releases a relist date.....the fireworks will begin and the Jenkins site will be wiped out. (my opinion only)

from the AR.
Subsequent events
On 5 January 2019 the Group announced that it had agreed a convertible loan of up to £5 million, of which £1.75m has
been drawn down to date and £3.25m remains available to draw down, on admission of the Group’s shares to AIM.

Question....Will srsp take up 'Wonga's' offer? (ps...note AIM and not Main Market)

I'm trying to go along with Dr's Tunisia ATOG tie-up and come to the conclusion that....ATOG have rapidly expanded with 7 licences in which they are operators of 5 with varying degrees of percentages in all of them. In only 1 they have a 100% interest ( and a 5% in another) that's currently producing oil while the rest are either in exploration or development mode. So why this intense expansion programme with a limited cash flow?...it's possible, and this is where DR's theory comes in, that ATOG have further licences that may have to be relinquished and can't cope with ...and existing cash flow being absorbed into current development and exploration projects and so not over-extending themselves or giving up possibly held licences, may offer srsp a percentage of a field that they'll either 'use or lose'. ATOG are currently to drill a further well in their 100% held ,producing field...hence more outlay. (ps Graham Lyons is doing well as Exec Director of Sound Energy next door in Morocco)(...all this is conjecture of course ,but as ATOG is controlled by the SRSP TAC team....they are well known to each other and a tie-up is not totally impossible and would be nice to get away from the blood sucking Nigerian environment. (all my opinion only)
