Dermot O'Keeffe was employed by Add Energy as COO from Nov. 2010 to Sept. 2019, so he was not employed directly by SRSP, but presumably he was acting as SRSP's COO during that time, i.e. hired from ADD Energy.

The bloke cannot possibly oversee and report on O&G ops at two separate Cos, one in Nigeria and the other a couple of thousand miles away in Tunisia. Logic dictates that he`s COO of a merged ATOG/Sirius, backed up by the gas field development expert team from Havoc.
