Most ppl are now aware of who deal 1 is with, so can`t see the point of continued Co. silence and secrecy. We simply wait for the announcement giving details of the link up with ATOG. Likely focus on gas. Whatever the Tunisian arrangement turns out to be, it should be a stepping stone to much bigger stuff allegedly lined up back in Nigeria. The Ororo asset is off the menu until Owena sorts out the litigation issue. As for timing of news release, well, supposedly imminent .... The website is pitifully out of date eg focusing on Ororo, eg stating Jack Pryde`s age as 72 when he is 75, and so on. Needs a complete overhaul.

doug.. '...ships must have engines problems'...engines seized up...no oil. What a strange world we live in...of all the millions of pounds lost by LCF stuck into various losing projects....ironically, the Oil and Gas investment was the only one that made money...(they should have let srsp continue with the ororo drill..) Maybe srsp should buy a few shares in this company...and make them our new partners. HTTPS://www.rigzone.com/news/wire/nigeria_may_sell_shares_in_national_oil_company-30-sep-2020-163435-article/?rss=true The 'City' takes a dim view of companies that miss account dates. Nigeria needs to make the best of its oil wealth before it becomes worthless, the federal government has warned, adding to a growing concern about the future of the world’s most used and most traded commodity. As the world moves towards a more renewable energy future, crude oil’s participation in the global energy mix will decline over the next two decades, Nigeria’s petroleum minister, Timipre Sylva, said during a meeting with parliamentary leaders. The meeting was called to discuss the petroleum Industry Bill that should reform the country’s oil industry but has taken decades to draft.

Ref captminion…...I appreciate the comment, 12 years of excessive wages...I bet they thought this would never end...however, as the old saying goes, 'you never miss the water.... until the well runs dry'. SRSP' well is running dry....and they can't keep paying themselves ridiculously high salaries on borrowed money. The point of the Options being 'window dressing' is that they never gave those that supplied services and help of various sorts the same opportunities as they gave themselves. I find this as a reflection of their mindset and helps to explain why deals have never been completed or signed off.....this has got to change. Nigeria suffers from the same problem. The PIB demands that the President relinquishes his role as Oil Supremo....this he refuses to do...hence the continual stalling and Nigeria looses $25bn annual investment as a consequence....and he still won't let go.
