Vat Or they will simply ignore the deadline like a lot of other companies. No penalty for one month late then paltry fines kick in.

The BoD will not wish to release the 2019 accounts unless they are able to show that they are in a position to pay their way for 12 months following the last year-end i.e. up to the end of this year. That means that they need to be able to either: a) announce a deal that will start earning revenue very, very soon, or b) confirm that they have managed to persuade some bank or financial institution to give them a loan to keep the lights on. Personally, I think the latter is rather unlikely. Last year they gave us 9 days warning that the accounts would be late, due on 30th June. This year nothing so far. Does that mean that I am wrong to assume that the accounts are due on 30th September, or that they will be releasing the accounts on time, on Wednesday, together with confirmation that they have sealed a deal?

Vatna - it’s all an assumption - everything you read on this board. There are a few that know and they’re certainly not posting here.

Dr. Rosso: Is this statement about a "done deal - ATOG" (i.e. signed off) from a reliable source or is it an assumption based on circumstantial evidence?

The board knowing the hatred for this company - they would probably instigate this. The board dodgy AF and dodgy deals prob wants us to sell so their back handed deals can lap them up, so no!Tail of two sides

Just hope some sort of rto goes through, if it does I read that they can stop us from selling for say 6 months to stabilise the share price after rto. Is this the case?

HT: Ref your post 105710 earlier today. I would suggest that the "first oil" referred to in the AD will refer specifically to Ororo, because that was what the document was all about. If the directors are to be paid their "accruals" once first oil or revenue is received from some other project, then I imagine that will have to be included in a new AD or resolution. I could be wrong, of course. Also, referring to your comment about oil v. gas, I'm fairly sure that gas is always produced along with oil, and therefore probably always oil along with gas!

More 'Tunisia' related rubbish. AAOG made the initial, but later aborted, attempt to acquire a Medco asset.. from the AAOG website 'The Company(AAOG) has received notice of a potential claim from Askell Limited ("Askell"), an energy advisory firm, for US$1.75 million. Askell's alleged claim relates to the Company's aborted efforts to acquire the Tunisian assets of MedCo.
