29/9/2020 12:45 | COPL directors have confidence in their ability...issuing themselves five year options at 0.35p as opposed to SRSP's 10 years at 1.125p that begin AFTER the relist the AD....So SRSP'S options 'clock' has not even been activated yet . To be honest...it's annoying, because none of the share options issued for 'services' etc, have been converted with most at between 2p and 5p for about five years....yet given themselves such generous options. (not bad for a company waiting for licences to be renewed.) | htrocka2
29/9/2020 11:11 | I'm still of the opinion that the reason the Results have been postponed is because srsp are still waiting for the outcome of the Ororo Licence Revocation objection. I believe this to be an important piece of the jigsaw that affects their creditability status and their next step depends on this outcome. 'However, the next day, DPR Director Sarki Auwalu clarified that oil fields under litigation were not part of the 57 oil fields offered by the federal government for competitive bid rounds.' | htrocka2

28/9/2020 18:25 | This is now officially boring. | xerot
28/9/2020 17:51 | Well they are certainly not concerned with losing £500,000 of our money on licenses that's for sure LoL | bleemster
28/9/2020 17:48 | SirIan: I'm sure our BoD are not concerned one jot about the penalties for missing the accounting deadline. They would be much more concerned about getting a "going concern" qualification in the accounts, so if they miss the deadline, that might be an indication. | vatnabrekk
28/9/2020 16:45 | '... sometimes camel."...Tunisian Cruse ships....often referred to as 'Ships of the Desert'...because they're full of Arab semem. | htrocka2

28/9/2020 14:51 | yawn! move along please, nothing to see here | bestdeal1
28/9/2020 14:20 | Vat Or they will simply ignore the deadline like a lot of other companies. No penalty for one month late then paltry fines kick in. | sirianbotham
28/9/2020 14:14 | vat - Was there not a further extension to reporting dates ? | qprallan
28/9/2020 14:03 | The BoD will not wish to release the 2019 accounts unless they are able to show that they are in a position to pay their way for 12 months following the last year-end i.e. up to the end of this year. That means that they need to be able to either: a) announce a deal that will start earning revenue very, very soon, or b) confirm that they have managed to persuade some bank or financial institution to give them a loan to keep the lights on. Personally, I think the latter is rather unlikely. Last year they gave us 9 days warning that the accounts would be late, due on 30th June. This year nothing so far. Does that mean that I am wrong to assume that the accounts are due on 30th September, or that they will be releasing the accounts on time, on Wednesday, together with confirmation that they have sealed a deal? | vatnabrekk
28/9/2020 14:00 | Vatna - it’s all an assumption - everything you read on this board. There are a few that know and they’re certainly not posting here. | carrbradshaw
28/9/2020 13:47 | Dr. Rosso: Is this statement about a "done deal - ATOG" (i.e. signed off) from a reliable source or is it an assumption based on circumstantial evidence? | vatnabrekk
28/9/2020 13:36 | Waiting patiently now for the announcement giving us the details of the done deal with ATOG which will allow it to develop its (primarily) gas fields in Tunisia ..... | dr rosso
28/9/2020 12:53 | The board knowing the hatred for this company - they would probably instigate this. The board dodgy AF and dodgy deals prob wants us to sell so their back handed deals can lap them up, so no!Tail of two sides | bleemster |
