"In July 2019, Eni finalized the contract for the transport of Algerian gas to Italy via the Tunisian onshore and offshore pipelines. The contract signed, through the subsidiary Trans Tunisian Pipeline Company (TTPC), provides for the exclusive right to operate the gas pipeline on the whole transportation capacity for the next 10 years." hTTps://anglotunisianoilandgas.com/about/ ATOG in partnership with Eni on 2 of the 7 blocks. Tunisia focus is very much on gas, with easy access to the pipeline to Europe. Sirius and the gas development team have now joined. What about GVL in to replace Taylor as Chairman of the new ATOG/Sirius set-up?

"When I attempted, at the start of this year, TD (Interactive Investor) would not touch them!!" I am with Interactive Investor and they have put mine on the Jenkins site to try and find a buyer.

I'm not sure announcement of some assests on Tunisia that doesn't amount to even getting my investment back is a positive and exciting news. I suspect it will be announcement of these collection of very small assets and then promises of "exciting times" ahead. I am desperate to be convinced here believe me but what evidence In this company's history that I should feel their full fill their "exciting promises" I'm not sure why on this gods green earth why I personally (each to their own) should say "yes I will stay/invest more in a company's mantra when they do not come through for me. Failed in their promise of delivering Ororo to me to which I invested in. Repeatedly kept us in the dark. Only gives info to their NDA crew. Never landed and drilled and single promise. In summery has no regards or respect for their day-to-day shareholdersI've never ever had a problem with Antenna, I'd just like to know IFFFFF this is what is inferred by exciting times (meaning more promises and deals imminent) why we should stay tied up in this? There's a lot of thumbs up for that positive comment and it's because we're so desperate to believe, in fact we have no choice but to hope and believe, myself included. I just cannot see if there is a single deal on the horizon statement in the expected AD why I should this believe it?I think this is an absolute fair question

Fair comment, but have you personally attempted to buy any? When I attempted, at the start of this year, TD (Interactive Investor) would not touch them!! Point being, how many other brokers have the same policy and therefore reflective on nil shifting? GLA

If good news is expected, as Antenna claims, why hasn't JPJ shifted a few shares?

Old news---Sefton is stepping down amid " rumour and market speculation" related to his previous company Anglo African Oil & Gas Plc which was said to be having an adverse effect on Iconic Labs. Not now that he is out!

Fact is that they were the main men on the BoD that turned down the Proposed Acquisition, having spent half a million quid, then went ahead independently and picked the juicy cherry for themselves. Anyway, the fate of AAOG and its penniless shareholders is not our concern. The question is why Sirius has been invited to join the ATOG party. Are we bringing to the table considerable block development funding money sourced through AFC? Could be that Trafigura put up £25m for offtake whilst long term funding from elsewhere could be several times that amount. I must say that I do not like these CLN deals, and it`s still not clear why Sirius gave away over 100m shares/warrants to Alpha in return for a paltry £430k back in Jan 2019.

However you want to dress it up, the hyped-up Congo venture turned into a total fuk-up and 3 Ds have hopped overboard to join ATOG leaving AAOG shareholders well and truly up the creek. Created as an SPV, but AAOG shareholders remained detached from the newco and received no benefit whatsoever from its creation. £580k of AAOG money was used in setting up ATOG as an SPV, but the Proposed Acquisition was then denied by the BoD, with Sefton & Berwick taking it on themselves, incorporating ATOG in March 2019, bringing in additional finance from Alpha`s EHGOS. Resultant AAOG circumstances and events damaged Sefton`s reputation, possibly unfairly, leading him to resign from Iconic Labs in Dec 2019. That said, the Sefton-Berwick-Pentullo team that transferred over to ATOG is a powerful and proven O&G combo, notwithstanding the failures at AAOG.. They pulled off a masterstroke in buying MedCos 7 Tunisian assets for ATOG. Jan 20, 2020 - ... Anglo-Tunisian Oil and Gas invest £26m in Tunisian gas assets

@drrosso Why is it when you finally have something right, you go and embellish the story with a negative twist? AAOG created ATOG as an SPV to purchase Medco's Tunisian assets. AAOG decided to not pursue the transaction and allowed ATOG as its own entity to do it sole risk. ATOG renumerated AAOG for work completed and fees in the region of £300k. Trafigura paid off the Blue Ocean loan (or stepped in their place if you prefer) and the Poker boys resigned their board positions. All above board.

Let's hope we are looking at the start of Ophir energy mark 2 which at one point was a 2 billion valued ftse 250 company. If we are all linked in with these assets then we will surely be a company of some size

hTTps://en.tempo.co/read/585485/medco-acquires-four-oil-blocks-in-tunisia Not clear what the relationship is between Medco and ATOG. The licences look to be valuable, but how has ATOG managed to pick up $114m of assets? Why would Indonesia`s Medco Energy relinquish these licences? Berwick is connected to both, and was with Ophir at the time of its $500m sale to Medco. hTTps://asia.nikkei.com/Business/Indonesia-s-Medco-Energi-to-invest-320M-in-Tunisia-oil-assets Well, MEDCO certainly sold its Tunisia assets to ATOG. Has an ATOG-Sirius-AFC consortium come up with $300m to develop those Tunisian oil and gas blocks?
