DR...I appreciate your views on the mergers etc....and the new projects suggested...but to be honest we've gone from drilling Ororo to 109, to 114, to 119 , the Additional Producing Asset and nothing's materialised...all these projects have accomplished is topics for posters to talk about....and now we have something else to talk about I'd rather talk about cruise shops than new projects..

Hmmm, why would 3 Alpha Ds (with shareholder links to Sirius) take up 6-month D appointment on a newly established O&G privateer (with shareholder/employee links to Sirius)?


Could we be looking at a merger here between 2 O&G Cos? Not exactly a straightforward Sirius relist, as AR implies, more an IPO. I think we may well soon find ourselves as shareholders of a NewCo, completing the return to market. Resolution 5 approved authorisation of allotment of over 3bn shares. Consideration shares perhaps?. Wouldnt surprise me here that we`ll shortly see a proposal to become co-owners of a brand new set of Med near-production assets, which will be used as instant collateral to board the waiting cruise ships on 114, 109 and 119. Potentially enormous. Relatively small Deal 1 is the trigger.

What has Blue Ocean got to do with both Sirius and ATOG?

They conveniently took up short term board positions March/April 2019 then all resigned November for Taylor and Berwick to take the helm.

Coincidentally the deal with Sirius was at the end of January 2019.

More questions than answers.

Pretty sure that Mr Sherl0ck would fully go along with that. Equally sure that Mr S knows the particulars of this first deal. Would initial production from this relatively small asset count as "first oil" for Sirius? The people involved in this latest production venture are a combination of Havoc, ex-Ophir and ex-Add. All very well known to Sirius BoD. Lets hope that the O&G 2P reserves are sufficient collateral to secure the larger funding required, so triggering contract "award" into "execution" with MPL (cruise ship 1 waiting in the wings, with Glencore on board.) Big picture is taking shape. Delays were prob simple licence issues. I see that this other Co. has recently appointed a Production Superintendent, + OKeefe is the Drilling & Ops Manager.

Seems logical to me, we secure a smaller asset that requires a smaller loan that's easier to obtain with little to no collateral.

Once we have an asset and a production income we can then secure bigger funding against the smaller asset and its revenue.

Well hello, what have we here. Appear the 3 directors of Alpha Blue Ocean, Pierre, Hugo and Amaury, who just so happened to be running a North African O&G privateer during 2019. Throw in Jon Taylor + Alan Stein + Mark Sofield, all of Havoc (holder of 200m Sirius warrants) and on the books of atog, for good measure. Focus on shallow offshore gas. Big pic emerging?

That shockingly bad convert-to-confetti Alpha CLN arrangement starts to make some sense if Sirius is involved here. A mix of 110m shares+warrants picked up for a song is a very much under the radar payment, almost akin to a gift. Hmm. I`d like to bet those high-roller poker-playing Alpha boys have been rewarded with a shedload of ultra low cost shares ahead of some kind of O&G deal, with cruise ships lying in the background. Was Sirius so desperate for £440k, if so, why?


edit. Well double hello. Look who has turned up as Drilling Manager, none other than the Acting COO of Sirius Petroleum!

You should be asking why do they do it time after time (I know why we listen it’s sheer desperation) but let’s stick with the 2 main protagonists Sherl0ck and antenna (there have been more but they’ve long gone with a nice profit) what do they gain from all this. Well I’d say they’ve already had their reward pre delisting. It’s easy to buy, sell or hold when you know the plan and it’s no secret that they are a Intercal part of the machine. All they’re doing now in return for past services on behalf of the company is placating us all before the lights go out and I’m exasperated that you can’t see it.

as you say bleemster far from anyone calling out sherlock and antenna on here its queit the oposite i think we have all hung on to what they have said about cruise ships etc and are willing it to happen but there then comes a point to ask when is this all going to happen? weeks go into months and nothing. these cruise ships seem to be longer then a bit of string

What's actually wrong with feeling the way you do DN? It's the only thing that is presenting itself to us that gives us hope. thats the thing even sherlock and antenna would have to admitt everything they have said has been well wide of anything thats happened to date which is NOTHING. i am still of the opinion the only tiny thing we have to hang on is 114, i am still wondering if first oil to the surface might trigger something. if the rigs drilling then how many days before it hits oil???

That's really good news that Sherlock and antenna are making positive statements.Unmmmmm Quick question, are they on the board? Why are their opinions more valid than wiserthanyou's statements?Correct me if I am wrong but haven't they been stating "it's happening", "this cruise ship", "this rig", "that's LinkedIn users stated" and nothing has ever come to fruition. Not slagging you two off, quite the opposite, I just wish to know why people praise you both when I've personally not seen a single thing said that's made me personally think I should take note of your statements over (for example) Vatna stating 114 is on the cards?I don't get it.#catAmongThePigeons
