22/9/2020 17:31 | Ah yes, the cruise ship. Been and gone. Blink and you missed it. Never mind, there`ll be another one pop up on the horizon in due course, no doubt. Tally ho, spot on, chin up, or whatever. | dr rosso
22/9/2020 16:16 | Well said vat this lot have kicked the can down the road so much it's gone flat a bit like those cruise ships that were approaching fast now they are on the far horizon | deadly nightshade
22/9/2020 15:28 | The deadline was extended by 3 months for private and public companies. So from 9 months to 12 months for private companies, and from 6 months to 9 months for PLCs. It seems that Companies House are treating SRSP as a Private Company because it is delisted. I think that is wrong. It is still a Public Limited Company (PLC) even though it is delisted from the stock market. It has more than 50 shareholders and its shares can still be traded on JP Jenkins. I have sent an email to Companies House asking for clarification. | vatnabrekk
22/9/2020 15:10 | Well that's another Xmas day with bread and dripping | deadly nightshade
22/9/2020 15:04 | Govt extended the deadlines for publication of accounts | sirianbotham
22/9/2020 15:01 | Well if that true that's another 3 months of time buying and more hype of never appearing cruise ships | deadly nightshade
22/9/2020 14:32 | CornishTrader&hellip Accounts Next accounts made up to 31 December 2019 due by 30 December 2020 Last accounts made up to 31 December 2018 It would have been nice for the company to confirm this date?.....but I keep forgetting...this is srsp....I think we can wave goodbye to any cruise ships. It seems srsp are spending most of their time trying to stay afloat. | htrocka2
22/9/2020 12:32 | According to Companies House the accounts aren't due until 30 December. A bit longer for us to wait..... | herman_m

22/9/2020 10:03 | The wonga mongers managed to convert £430k worth into around 80m shares + around 27m warrants. That left £1.32m outstanding. AR states that this was due for conversion or repayment in cash by Jan 2020. Needless to say that there has been no announcement but it is thought that the full amount owing from the drawdown has been settled in cash. Subsequently Sirius has no further dealings with Alpha. | dr rosso
22/9/2020 09:57 | What did i come into this room for? | oliversanvil
22/9/2020 09:51 | HT, you may have forgotten that the "Wonga" loan is gone, the balance was repaid. | vatnabrekk
22/9/2020 09:35 | Let's hope that srsp don't get sucked into drawing down 'wonga's' remaining convertible £3.25m on admission...which means srsp will have to increase its share issue, handing them half a billion shares that'll get dumped into the market....and we'll get diluted......again.( from the AR 'On 5 January 2019 the Group announced that it had agreed a convertible loan of up to £5 million, of which £1.75m has been drawn down to date and £3.25m remains available to draw down, on admission of the Group’s shares to AIM' | htrocka2
