24/5/2018 20:38 | Time to deliver bobo can't cry wolf anymore. This time they need to pull some share holder value out the bag and not these small little recovery bounces we want a full blown monster rerate. | aventador
24/5/2018 20:24 | Leave the pitchfork. You could throw the bottle. | dr rosso
24/5/2018 20:22 | I'll bring a pitchfork and a bottle of bubbly. | vatnabrekk
24/5/2018 20:10 | AGM is going to be pitchforks or champagne. This bunch can no longer fob ppl off with promises. | dr rosso
24/5/2018 17:38 | Great discussion guys. As xerot said, we have the cash we have the partners, we are collecting hardware and we have a rig on standby, and an HLV on standby (it seems) too. Smells of a deal in the making or a third party somewhere doesn't it? Lets see what the run up to, and the AGM, bring into the sunshine. | drrichard
24/5/2018 16:50 | Alfi, that's a good point and when they had the deal done and signed up they suspended ,with oml95 involving the nnpc they may well have had to wait for the PIGB ..early AGM suggests assurances that PIGB will be signed off.Incoming company can hit the ground running with well heads and rig ready to spud..Pearland would be a good candidate with Mr lyons plans morphing as times goes by. In relation to drilling ororo it would have been a formality given we have the cash and technical ability which again suggests ororo is connected to assets on oml95 . | bronislav
24/5/2018 16:41 | Bron - I wonder if the 'go it alone drilling' scenario of 2017 may have been leverage to get a good deal related to the Ororo Project - buy out or farm in ? | 1alfi
24/5/2018 15:54 | After all these years of rns,s and AGM,s the company have nil credibility when it comes to what they say ,they only have themselves to blame irrespective of whether or not they have had to keep everything under their hat..The AD itself has credibility concerns for me as the narrative reads as though it all revolved around drilling in 2017 hence the dates on page 118.There is nothing you can safely hang your hat on with company ,certainly with any confidence but that said it very likely is about to deliver some transformational news in my view. | bronislav
24/5/2018 15:37 | It's encouraging to be reminded that a historically noisy poster, who was also a contributor to the recent fundraising, is conspicuously quiet. If things were not going to plan, he would be the first one to be advocating a pitchfork rebellion. | handygandhi
24/5/2018 15:17 | Drilling to production has been getting the big face palm for 8 years now. H2 ahoy. Havoc-COSL waiting on Gabon. Any interest from Pearland-Sirius to form a bigger picture and arrange the drilling rig schedule accordingly? | dr rosso
24/5/2018 15:14 | Face palm. | sherl0ck
24/5/2018 15:13 | The Pearland team, with its bunch of O&G production-experienc Let`s say Lyon led the 630m + 63m buy in, which was dressed up to look like an error. P is a Nigeria-based indigenous would-be producer, S is the London-based proven fundraiser. Sell off the Ororo Project, and armed with a fistful of dollars, S with P can pick up their lined-up assets on the ultracheap, bringing them swiftly into production. S designated as operator. Don`t forget that Havoc has a stake too. Certainly doesn`t fit with the AD, but when has this lot ever delivered on their intentions when it comes to drilling/production. An appropriate offer from a Sinopec or CNOOC associate is hardly likely to be turned down when king cash can pick up some inspired bargains. | dr rosso
24/5/2018 15:11 | I’d be surprised if Pearland has any direct connection with Sirius as it doesn’t appear to fit the narrative outlined in the ad doc. | sherl0ck
24/5/2018 14:48 | Good point rocka | bumhammer
24/5/2018 12:27 | Bron..The timing was interesting. A couple of months before the Finals suggests a possible managerial connections,ie outside the 'closed' period. | htrocka2
24/5/2018 12:00 | Interesting that Pearland signed an equity options agreement...The right to buy specific number of shares in a company at a pre arranged price...Wonder if that's who has picking up all the shares ,in particular the 630 million / 63 million that were traded a month or so ago. | bronislav
24/5/2018 11:36 | I've absolutely no doubt that in view of the fact that G.Lyons and our Chairman are 'buddies' and that Graham, who is CEO of Pearland and has a vested interest in SRSP, that Pearland is being held as 'trump card' against the current Plan 'A'....what ever that is....and you never know, Pearland, if not involved with ORORO may well be invited onto one of the 'Pipeline' projects. | htrocka2
24/5/2018 11:34 | where's Mick Ogasanga when you need him? | xerot
24/5/2018 10:03 | 1Alfi has been suggesting Pearland for some time | bumhammer
24/5/2018 09:38 | Interesting point `alfi and not as far fetched as it seems....but that would mean a 'farm-in' to srsp....which is not out of the question......and Pearland are still looking for a 'shallow marginal field' drill. I doubt that G.Lyon would have a problem getting hold of a rig... | htrocka2
24/5/2018 09:30 | "Pearland is currently in discussions with interested international companies towards provision of services and development facility for its initial development activities leading to first oil within 2018." Leadership team with experience of O&G production. Otherwise, unnervingly like Sirius. I wonder if they`ll have made any drilling progress by June 2026 | dr rosso
24/5/2018 09:21 | There's more chance of Pearland drilling this well than there is of Sirius drilling it. | 1alfi |
