25/5/2018 16:55 | No one would be moaning if this was a quid half of us could retire lol. | ![]() aventador
25/5/2018 16:25 | 'And there it is. Quid' DR...It did rise from 59p to £1.20...and yes, down to 99p now....BUT....at least they have something to celebrate... ps...Saudi Minister proposes oil production increase in June...hence the current oil price drop to $76 a barrel. Another $17 drop they'll be queuing up and we'll have our pick of rigs. (Look on the bright side.......when oil was $80 barrel, it had no effect on the share price ...so presumably $60 will also have no effect.) | ![]() htrocka2
25/5/2018 15:37 | Whatever happened to the proposed Ororo Project legal participatory split of Sirius 40%, Owena 28%, GP 32%? As far as I`m aware, Sirius continues to hold a 40% economic (working) interest, in trust, with a temporary COO, who`s not even a board member. Drilling ahoy? Or sell-off? | ![]() dr rosso
25/5/2018 15:35 | Volumes died off again come on let's see a blue end to the week not a long now to get in before news breaks.. | ![]() aventador
25/5/2018 15:28 | Dr Rosso - 23 May 2018 - 15:13:00 - 79304 of 79386 SIRIUS PETROLEUM - CASHED UP AND READY TO ROLL - SRSP Beware i3e at 120p. Pis are piling in but the loaners haven`t converted a shedload of 39p notes into shares simply to sit on them. Watch for big sells into pumped up strength. The latest AIM scam, watch it tumble sub £1 in the next few days. And there it is. Quid. | ![]() dr rosso
25/5/2018 15:26 | Billyray, I think everyone with an interest in this HLV and its loading of the rig is awaiting to see what its AIS destination is. Baited breath? I should think so. Fingers crossed? Yes indeedy. | ![]() drrichard

25/5/2018 15:15 | Billyray, Fingers crossed! Regards, Ed. | edgein
25/5/2018 15:12 | Also, don't know if it was a slip of the old Bobo finger, but personally I would have used "around" or close by/adjoining major producing complexes rather than "in". Unless of course I was planning on acquiring production and reserves with appraisal upside similar to SLE. But perhaps I'm just knit picking now. Regards, Ed. | edgein
25/5/2018 15:01 | Other titbits of interest in there too as they make it sound like O-2 is a single bore well and O-3 is planned as a dual lateral completion depending on results of O-2. Regards, Ed. | edgein
25/5/2018 14:58 | htrocka, Try 15/05/18. Under the heading of Group strategy and Ororo field development. Regards, Ed. | edgein
25/5/2018 14:57 | If Hootster is correct with his snippet about the first floor being kitted out to accommodate a dozen staff, the Co. complete with new logo, can begin its new venture. Nice payday for those gifted hundreds of millions of 1.125p options for getting to this stage. | ![]() dr rosso
25/5/2018 14:53 | If they can`t get ONE asset package into drilling, never mind production, after several years with Schlumberger and Havoc, the world class consortium boosted with COSL, Add, BP, how on earth can they expect us to believe that another bunch of assets is going to be added to the bundle for these accountants to manage into production? Just not credible, is it. Pipedream fantasy pie-in-the-sky stuff. What is much more likely is that the first package, be it Ororo Project or 241, has seen task completed, following which the Co. is cash rich and able to cherry pick a number of farm-in partners with operating teams able to flow O&G from select marginal fields. | ![]() dr rosso
25/5/2018 14:50 | Edgein. With respect, did you get that info from a 2012 rns ? | ![]() htrocka2
25/5/2018 14:38 | 4.3 The SRSP holders realiSed the amount of money they could have made over the years elsewhere. | ![]() minichris
25/5/2018 14:38 | "The Board continues to seek to farm into or acquire high quality assets located in major producing complexes and during the period and into the current year has continued with a range of discussions to farm into a number of opportunities, leveraging on the Group's operational status and the commercial arrangements with its range of partners. The development of the Ororo Field is entirely in line with the Group's strategy to target proven opportunities and maximize hydrocarbon production and recovery through the acquisition of discovered assets in Nigeria, with a particular focus on shallow water offshore areas and realise upside potential through appraisal activities." So not really reliant on Ororo production at all, just using the weight of the consortium and the BP offtake and Reyl to get deals on a number of opportunities closed. I bet they're hoping to have one or more of these signed by 14th June. "major producing complexes" Regards, Ed. | edgein

25/5/2018 13:27 | Bron..'SRSP,as it stands'...sounds about right to me. Be interesting to see ANYTHING | ![]() htrocka2
25/5/2018 13:20 | Given the amounts of money we have lost through not producing it's clear the whys and the wherefores do not apply to this company ,so trying to apply logic clearly is not a sound basis for figuring out what the future holds The same applies to the sale of Sirius ororo(oml95)..why?ma | ![]() bronislav
25/5/2018 13:14 | Ironically, even SRSP directors themselves have passed away and not seen any oil. | ![]() htrocka2
25/5/2018 13:11 | With a strategy focused on building a strong portfolio and realising the significant upside potential, why would we consider flipping an asset at this early stage? If we can indeed replicate the structured project financing model then surely it’s much better to leverage this to efficiently develop assets without giving up anything. | ![]() sherl0ck
25/5/2018 11:32 | Be funnier if it wasn't true dr! That's the sad state of play here! | ![]() shez20
25/5/2018 11:16 | The board thanks its patients, many of whom have passed away or reside in geriatric institutions searching in hope, in vain, for invisible drilling rigs | ![]() dr rosso |
