@Xerot - My limited understanding is that it will fall to when they acquire them and if the combined value (if multiple) triggers a class test.
1x marginal might not trigger bur 2x might.
1x block will trigger.

Does that make sense?

Sp hits 1p in anticipation of pre-agm news. In any production Co, one would expect to see a share bonus incentivisation scheme. The above ultra-generous handouts at a paltry 1.125p are nothing of the sort. They represent a gift for tasks completed, namely bringing in the funding and technical expertise. Linked to production targets, they`d be set at around 5p, 7.5p, 10p.

Rather an odd figure too. Are we perhaps looking at a 2.25p sell off of the Ororo Project subsidiary. Recipients of options double their money overnight for setting up the hub/cluster ready for drilling. A £90m sell-off gives Henderson eg a £600k payday. Secretary Jessup takes 75 grand for sharpening the pencils, etc.

In other words, this lot aren`t being rewarded with production bonuses. It`s an O.P. thank you and goodnight. Sets up the NewCo with £90m. That sort of cash goes a long way when buying up the next pipeline of distressed assets. Await rto, AD and egm call once the 5.4bn is authorised on 14 June.

'Pura Vida Energy NL (Pura Vida or Company) (ASX: PVD) has received formal notification from Havoc Partners LLP (Havoc) in relation to the exercise of option to acquire a 15% working interest in the Nkembe PSC, pursuant to the agreement announced on 17 October 2017'.

(ps...they'll now be looking for a rig slot....and a rig)

(pps,,I'm sure if SRSP had offered Havoc 15% of Sirius, we would have been drilling two years ago)

NYMEX oil just hit $80, you can add up to $10 for Brent crude which aligns pretty much with what we are sitting over it you recall? Lovely. Come on Bobo, gets these assets on stream!
