Agency website has it "under offer", rather than "let". in which case the newcomer has not yet moved in. Waiting for something?

1700 sq ft x £90 per sq ft. Bit steep at £150k p.a.

The Co. will proceed on an independent basis, with new indigenous partners. Nobody in their right mind could even in a fantasy scenario believe that the tribal chiefs of Ondo State are going to gift 40% of a world class asset package with a developed value of up to $30bn to an insignificant tiddler staffed equally by tiddler Ds who may know how to raise cash but seemingly don`t know one end of an oil can from the other.

"No urgency to drill", rather every excuse under the sun to not drill.

Bron.....The 'technical industry partners' as quoted in the Results 'Aims an Objectives' section....are, and I quote, negotiating a 'joint farm-in to exploit larger oil blocks'..........how can they be negotiatingor contemplating a 'sale' of the company in the context of that statement.? ADD/Havoc have no Vested interest in SRSP....yet....but we know from the Gabon Project that they have access to vast amounts of cash....and all this has surfaced since the Project Finance deals were signed. If they were contemplating a sell off....I doubt they would have leased new offices for the next twelve months. (an unnecessary financial burden that a potential buyer, who would undoubtedly have offices of their own, would soon strip out.
My bet is that when ADD/Havoc come on board as joint farm-in partners....they'll move out of their current Canary Wharf offices and share the new one with SRSP. This may be why the AGM is not being held at the new offices.....with an 'SRSP/ADD/Havoc Ltd' subsidiary plaque on the wall, may have given the game away early.(my opinion only of course)

There has been no urgency to drill ororo so that suggests it will all be packaged up sold off to some entity. Then after that door has been opened we become the gift that keeps on giving ...Setting everything you to drill with cash raised gave us the option to drill ourselves if needed..signing up to the sale of ororo/oml95 triggered the suspension last July hence cutting off newsflow from Mr Lyons venture.once we offload ororo ,our investment in SIRIUS ORORO(OML95)it's the beginning of some real value from the New Sirius in her plush new offices..

O-2 drilling is well behind schedule but there’s clues that the Board haven’t been sitting idle since readmission and the Company is indeed moving ahead with its strategy. It’s getting very exciting.

So there's no sign of imminent movement of the COSL Force rig.
Pre-agm is reliant on a further asset acquisition. Whatever, there looks to be no drilling in sight for the foreseeable future.

And yet AGM brought forward, new plush office, change of Co. logo. Just what are they up to?

HT..I admire your enthusiasm but a pic of the rig from a few years back is about as useful as a chocolate fire guard..give me a pic of it taken today..then that would be useful!!
