Interesting that Pearland signed an equity options agreement...The right to buy specific number of shares in a company at a pre arranged price...Wonder if that's who has picking up all the shares ,in particular the 630 million / 63 million that were traded a month or so ago.

I've absolutely no doubt that in view of the fact that G.Lyons and our Chairman are 'buddies' and that Graham, who is CEO of Pearland and has a vested interest in SRSP, that Pearland is being held as 'trump card' against the current Plan 'A'....what ever that is....and you never know, Pearland, if not involved with ORORO may well be invited onto one of the 'Pipeline' projects.

Interesting point `alfi and not as far fetched as it seems....but that would mean a 'farm-in' to srsp....which is not out of the question......and Pearland are still looking for a 'shallow marginal field' drill.



I doubt that G.Lyon would have a problem getting hold of a rig...

that 13p sell was probably grannydim closing his short postion before big news hits lol. not sure whats happening with the hlv as the rig is just sitting idle near it. the longer this goes on the more hopefull i am of one massive rns. there has got to be some news before the agm to reveal why they have called it so early

Possibly, a bit of clarification from the company will help. If its CNOOC/COSL working with this former Sinopec affiliate we'll find out soon enough.

Interesting, you never know as the Shengli offshore was a former affiliate of Sinopec. Last contracted in March from a basic search of those unreliable sites (SHI HAO rig). Maybe we've played another game of musical rigs. I guess we'll know that ahead of the upcoming AGM.

Beware i3e at 120p. Pis are piling in but the loaners haven`t converted a shedload of 39p notes into shares simply to sit on them. Watch for big sells into pumped up strength. The latest AIM scam, watch it tumble sub £1 in the next few days.

I thought I'd post this...i3e, who have just been awarded an adjoining field, has seen the share price rise from 59p, about 10 days ago to 117p today...in the previous rns update all they had was a licence to drill, two well heads delivered and a spud date......surely we can do better than this?

I think the AGM will come and go very quickly - think it’s pretty tight to be expecting any news by then or even any news on the day. Things seem very slow here.

I think its based on existing assets value (maybe even MCAP, im going to assume this as its easier to explain)

If we added a £15m valued marginal now, no AD.
If we added a £30m+ asset, AD.
If we added several assets all valued less than the original existing asset value + the sum of the previous assets one after another, no AD.
If we added a £1bn block, AD.

You get the idea.
