Sherl10ck.... we all understand you're position...probably the most invested here next to directors.......but the bottom line is that without a rig drilling at Ororo to start the ball rolling....it's all hot air. ...year after year, broken promises after broken promises, we're all sick of it.

There’s plenty to talk about..... I’ve just started looking more closely at Reyl and the world of structuring in project finance.

Firstly here’s a really good video of one of their execs explaining where a private bank fits in with corporate financing as opposed to the typical large investment banks and other lenders:

Structuring appears to be a massively complex subject with all sorts of hedging instruments and exhausting legal elements, much of which is admittedly way over my head.

But just scratching the surface has reinforced my fairly unpopular views around why these things take a long time to establish & negotiate and why having finance people on the BoD could have been very helpful.

The following document is also a good introduction to structuring and cross references with some of the things mentioned in the admission document.

Might be useful to delve into this topic a bit, get a sense of why we’ve engaged with Reyl and what the implications could be for our path ahead.

For someone who claims to be English, your command of the language is pathetic

cautious sid if I ever did get hold of you would seriously regret it I would turn your body into a cycle inner tube and sell you back to Halfords so some spotty offender could ride you until your ruined with holes and riddled with little marks like your face from all the spots and the nightly picking of such issues.

your the sort of guy who pretends to have a bad leg so women would help with his shopping, when they're not looking you would bundle them into the car and take them to a quiet area and tell them all his many troubles, and it was not his crime but society's and she should give in to his desires.

Fortunately he was arrested on his last Juant. They allow him internet access twice a week from his cell as Leroy ruins him for the fourteenth time that day

Jack Pryde is figuring out a way to get a bulls eye on the dart board with Rossos face on it. He ain't resting until he's nailed that sucker. He wants him doing twenty to ten in the pen and he don't care if the D.A takes his badge.

Because they never drilled in 2012, as they promised, about $300m has slipped through their hands.....and that's at $50 a barrel.(that's $300,000,000)

'Non of them seem capable of hitting targets over the years that is for sure...'

Back in 2015, we, the posters on this board, had to remind them to issue the Annual Returns that they missed. At least they're consistent.

surely you're not suggesting Jack should be on the rig ensuring all is good?
WB is a bit more than an 'investor', strategy, direction, all that sort of thing which I think Jack is more than capable of without having to don his hard hat and vis jacket.

The Well Management Contract provides Sirius with the engineering and operational capability to drill, complete, and produce wells in 2017 and Add Energy was instrumental in working with Sirius to secure the drilling contract with COSL Drilling Pan-Pacific Limited.

Bobo Kuti, CEO of Sirius, commented: "Having Add Energy leading the operations in the field reinforces our confidence in achieving first hydrocarbons in H1 2017."

Dermot O'Keeffe, Add Energy Chief Operating Officer, commented: "We are looking forward to working in collaboration with Sirius Petroleum to enable the Company to reach first oil in 2017."

No longer partnered with GP either. Or Warren Buffet for that matter. Was WB a hands-on type, involved down the mines in whatever his chosen Cos, actively supervising production? Er no he was an investor.
