08/1/2018 22:55 | The oil price is about 37% above Rockflows CPR estimate....one would have thought that this would have been reflected in the share price ....but strangely ..no. | htrocka2
08/1/2018 22:09 | Nice bowl forming... | 1sonic
08/1/2018 21:53 | A 1 for 10 consol on April drill results would likely mean 350m at around 23p (£80m mcap). At that sp, on a derisked field, rbl and pipeline tba, iis would be showing strong interest. | dr rosso
08/1/2018 20:59 | Having been at the GM and the AGM, I thought there was no concensus as to what the right thing to do regarding whether to consolidate or not, there have been discussions but no decision as yet. | mkkev
08/1/2018 20:37 | More likely Mr CL taking a handy profit from the 150m there for the taking at 0.35p. I scratch your back in Sept 2016, you scratch mine down the line. Following drawdown, that £500k (+10%) was for just a one year term. Payback in shares, then simply moved around between holders. | dr rosso
08/1/2018 18:25 | Htrocks, don't shoot the messenger | openfield68
08/1/2018 18:25 | Bound to be churn after the lock in and the new shares.I think that period is soon coming to an end and we will move up.Weak hands to strong hands. | astralvision
08/1/2018 18:20 | 12.6m sell ouch.. explains why price didn't go up after all the buying unless it's actually a buy being filled who knows with this share it's a pure head f@#k. | aventador
08/1/2018 17:54 | Overhang cleared, here we go.... | pipelinepete
08/1/2018 17:52 | openfields68 'Htrocka, it was suggested that having a 25p share would give Sirius more clout/ look better to others than being a 1p share. Sorry .825p share.' ....the 25p share would now be 20.625p | htrocka2
08/1/2018 17:22 | Looks like a 12.6 M late posted sell, lets hope that is the last of them. | drrichard
08/1/2018 17:11 | Htrocka, it was suggested that having a 25p share would give Sirius more clout/ look better to others than being a 1p share. Sorry .825p share. | openfield68
08/1/2018 13:32 | Consolidation tends to lead to a drop in price | solarno lopez
08/1/2018 13:30 | Great post Sherlock a 0.5b company would be amazing one day, hopefully sooner rather than later. Consolidation isn't surely a good thing for us or is another 1b dilution. Let's hope bobo sticks to q1 target we've heard it before and didn't see it, although this time everything is actually in place so i can't see why it wouldn't happen this year finally. | aventador
08/1/2018 13:27 | deadly...what's the point?, I've been involved with three companies that consolidated their shares...all three went lower after consolidation. The only time it may benefit the company is if it proposed to enter the FTSE 250/350.. 'anyone think a 10 for 1 consolidation if share price hits 2.5p' | htrocka2
08/1/2018 12:52 | Thank you openfield. | bronislav
08/1/2018 12:52 | anyone think a 10 for 1 consolidation if share price hits 2.5p | deadly nightshade
08/1/2018 12:45 | From what I remember Bron it was suggested that the resolution to release 1bn extra shares had been passed at the meeting before Christmas not the AGM. Jack P mentioned that the board MAY eventually look at a consolidation of shares to get their price up to 25p. | openfield68
08/1/2018 12:20 | Openfield..did the agm resolutions include authority to issue more shares and if so ,how many? | bronislav
08/1/2018 12:13 | At the AGM he said he was 'very confident' about drilling in the first quarter | openfield68
08/1/2018 11:53 | Bobo at the GM said drilling will start in March. | astralvision
08/1/2018 11:52 | Realinvestor: 1) I assume we already have some sort of exclusivity/confiden Once we actually acquire an asset we’ll formally announce it immediately. Yes, it’s inconceivable that big partners are only here for one relatively modest marginal field...and they must also be satisfied that any existing potential assets are ‘ours to tackle’ as & when appropriate and that we’re also primed to be successful in our proactive business development activities. We’ll also do stuff outside of Ondo state and a) it wouldn’t surprise me if existing struggling indigenous companies have approached us on the back of our partner news-flow b) we’ll look to secure other assets via bid rounds etc (Dec 17 presentation says we’ll partner with Ondo State government & other indigenous companies) c) we’ll approach other bid round winners d) presentation specifically highlights that Chevron & Shell will be divesting current assets. 2) kind of nice that we’ve been able to go out and secure these strategic relationships with the big boys. It’s difficult to give a value estimation as it will be so dependent on unknown potential assets, their pace of development & possible production numbers, but just based on the partnerships etc I personally envisage us being a £0.5bn+ company like SOU & OPHR, with the potential over time to extend this and move closer into the league of companies like KOS & AFR before its fall. | sherl0ck
08/1/2018 11:38 | Good Post ht. So... I think rig mobilisation news is imminent, I'd say it's very much a case of "last (cut price) orders at the bar". | riskybisky |
