15/1/2018 09:43 | And down goes the share price again. | aventador
15/1/2018 09:42 | What has this got to do with Carrillon HTrocka.Iv had 8 years of stress and no money thanks to this companys poor performance so I'm entitled to put my views across.I'll repeat it GET A MOVE ON. | aventador
15/1/2018 09:18 | 'About time this lot get something done and give us our money back.' Aventador...why don't post that on the Carrilion thread? I'd say we've had bigger mountains to climb...and we're still here. | htrocka2
15/1/2018 08:57 | DrRichard, Agreed fella, its definitely closing in on the expected March spud, first half of Jan has disappeared already in a flash. Hopefully we'll not only get the significant pay expected in O-2 but also the deepening of the well may hold some surprises. Given the current oil price its all coming together at the right time. I'm hoping for more marginals to be signed off once they get the first stable production from Ororo. The action that we've been waiting for is fast approaching now that the rest of the ducks have been lined up. The interesting bit will be the shift of the COSL Power after testing and completion of O-2, between that and drilling O-3. Will it be shifted to another asset as hinted at previously or will it be stacked for further Ororo development after the LPT. Regards, Ed. | edgein

15/1/2018 08:37 | Let's hope buying continues and we clear 1p this week and see plenty more news on the rig and hopefully much more.About time this lot get something done and give us our money back. | aventador
14/1/2018 22:58 | Seems to me that it's likely to be closer to the end of this month before we see mobilisation. IMHO of course. | vatnabrekk
14/1/2018 22:17 | hopefully rig news soon would have been nice to have one of those hlv ships lurking in the port near by so might just have to wait a couple more weeks before news. if we can hold 1p next week that will be a good start | deadly nightshade
14/1/2018 21:20 | Very quiet on here today, looking forward to what might be a very interesting day, and, indeed, an exciting week. If our interpretation of the AD is correct we should hear “rig is go” news. Let’s hope so, my friends it has surely been a long time coming. | drrichard
13/1/2018 20:04 | Let's just hope the rise was due to imminent news coming next week and not just the Twitter massive in for a quick buck although at least the price went back to near on a penny so that's something. | aventador
13/1/2018 12:42 | BoD wouldn't stoop to such lows, but some of the lowlife crew they associate with wouldn't turn down such an opp | dr rosso
13/1/2018 12:16 | Like it, Dr R. | detective captain sean signal
13/1/2018 10:42 | That's a bit below the belt DR, it doesn't sound like the BoD... if the BOd were that devious and colluded in a share shift then I'm sure we would have been up and running now by making deals with the previous oil Minister Diezani Alison-Madueke and this show would have been on the road years ago.....at a price. | htrocka2
13/1/2018 09:30 | I speculate that there was a deal done over the CL in Sept 2016. Co..Look chaps we need £500k sharpish Lender..Ok, here are our terms £500k + 10%, we convert the lot at 0.35, call it 150m shares Co... only on condition you sell back to our boys at 0.85p ave L... mmm, so we forward sell the lot and make 0.5p per share Co.... your gain is 150m x 0.5p. £750 grand for your trouble, + £50k interest L.. ok, deal. Co.... but you must offload your CL shares before the big field news gets announced in mid-Jan L.. so who are we shifting 150m over to? Co... that's our business | dr rosso
13/1/2018 00:45 | Have you moved over to the production camp, Dr Rosso? What do you make of all the trading that went on @ 0.85? I notice that is the average now of a lot of the Twitter crew. | detective captain sean signal
12/1/2018 21:13 | "The Ororo-1 well tested at c. 2,200 barrels of oil per day ("bopd") from a single zone, and ca 600 bopd from another; two further zones tested gas, and eight zones remain untested." New bar for big funding has been set at 2700. No-brainer. A drill over 30 years ago can pull out 2800 from G (2200) and D3 (600). A super-sophisticated HPHT rig drilling O2 through D1, D2, D3 offset into G and 500 feet further into HI is going to have no prob whatsoever hitting that 2700 min target | dr rosso
12/1/2018 19:42 | 19th Jan = rig mobzn ($3m paid) + O2 infrastructure sorted. 30 days to cross the Indian Ocean, 2 weeks hook up. Spud early March. | dr rosso
12/1/2018 18:30 | Well, the GM was held on 18th December, so one month after that would be the middle of next week. Personally I think that's a bit optimistic, but that's just my opinion. To suggest that they could start drilling about a month after mobilising the rig is, in my view, very optimistic, assuming that they are mobilising from Labuan. The journey time will obviously depend on the speed of the Heavy Lift Cargo Vessel used, but I very much doubt if they can do it much quicker than 30 days, perhaps up to 40 days. Then they have to get the rig into position and get themselves organised for drilling. So another week, perhaps more? Bobo stated recently that they hoped to mobilise the rig in January (ties in with above) and to have the rig on location and start drilling in March. That sounds more reasonable to me, with first oil possibly towards the end of March, but more likely into April. All IMHO. | vatnabrekk
12/1/2018 17:37 | My reading too, Ht. | drrichard
12/1/2018 17:29 | I'm still going for rig mobilisation news next week. from the AD 8. Current trading and prospects for the Group Assuming that the Proposals are approved at the General Meeting and completion of the Placing is by no later than mid December 2017, the Directors expect to immediately instruct the commencement of technical services for the Ororo 2 well drilling programme, with rig mobilisation expected approximately within one month from Admission and the start of the drilling of the well expected within approximately two months from Admission. Assuming that the results of the drilling programme are as expected, then the Directors anticipate production commencing in March 2018, with cash flows from production anticipated to be realised by the Company shortly there after' | htrocka2
12/1/2018 16:56 | BMD = P&D IMO | qprallan

12/1/2018 16:47 | next two to three weeks, Astral should see some real progress I reckon | drrichard |
