The Betaville article dated 3rd November stated that their sources said that they expected the fundraising to be finalised and announced in the next couple of weeks. So surely it can’t be very far away now?

thanks sonic for info. just thinking does anyone know even though we are suspended what is latest date that a AGM must be held after the previous years one. is it 3 months on top of the previous 12months? or can it be no time frame beens we are suspended

personal comment...he's been with Owena Energy for about four years..so I can conclude that the above info is old hat...and things have moved on since he posted it.

ps If Owena Energy are preparing the E.I.A (Enviromental Impact Assessment)...one must conclude that they have a stake in the field.

drr...If you take a look at Guarantee Petroleum's website....they indicate that it's the Field Operator who commissions the E.I.A......so is Owena Energy the Operator of OPL 241?
