25/11/2017 19:47 | drr.. it'll not allow me to cut and paste...but here is some of the info... Agbelesu Emmanual Oluyainka Works for Owena Energy (for the past four years to current date) Geoscientist/HSSE/Pr Job Description Sub Com member on HSSE Budget preparation and Implementation on OPL241 submitted to HSSE-NAPIMS Liase with Oil and Gas industry regulatory bodies such as NAPIMS,DPR,NNPC on HSSE matters on OPL 241. Carry out E.I.A on OPL 241. Ensure all staff comply with PPE. Write monthly/yearly report on OPL241 Conduct safety drill during operation hope it helps... personal comment...he's been with Owena Energy for about four years..so I can conclude that the above info is old hat...and things have moved on since he posted it. ps If Owena Energy are preparing the E.I.A (Enviromental Impact Assessment)...one must conclude that they have a stake in the field. Oil nearing $64 a barrel. drr...If you take a look at Guarantee Petroleum's website....they indicate that it's the Field Operator who commissions the E.I.A......so is Owena Energy the Operator of OPL 241? | htrocka3 | |
