23/11/2017 14:13 | Honestly. I'm familiar with small oil companies like SRSP (I know a couple of directors with 3-4 man bands made up of financial types like this). But not well enough to ask them about some AIM share I've invested a few quid in. But what I do know is, it's extremely hard to run small oilers and it all comes down to funding, every time. They just cant obtain it easily. Now with SRSP the reserve is off the west coast of Africa. Anything to to with Africa takes forever, so perhaps it's simply that..Well, on these BBs I usually offer my personal chance of success. I was totally right with UKOG earlier this year before the epic rise.SRSP, with all I now about it and current status it's dropped to a 20% chance. I haven't experienced a temp suspension before and from what I've read about them and knowing business in general I think we may have to write it off chaps. But hey 20% is pretty good for AIM shares and I hope they prove me completely wrong. | activeservo
23/11/2017 13:32 | Ok, thanks anyway Active. | minichris
23/11/2017 13:16 | There is no time limit, it's irrelevant as it's a re-admission so it makes no odds at all.But in any case the shares are poised to start trading again very soon with the publication of the AD. | astralvision
23/11/2017 13:03 | @activeservo So, as someone who has way more experience than most of us here, what is your opinion on why its taking so long? What plausible reasons could there be? | minichris
23/11/2017 12:57 | It will be relisted by Christmas, forget any six month limits. | carrbradshaw
23/11/2017 12:56 | Can anyone tell me where this 6 month limit for a temporarily suspended share is stated? If it's true then I guess that's what we have to wait for. I cant see anything happening sooner..It's very odd. We ($1B oil company I work for) were bought out and it was done and dusted in just 3 months! When we go drilling it takes about 4 months between sanction to having the rig on station and drilling. We can have an entire wellhead platform go from FEED to offshore installation in less than 18 months! The SRSP story is a very good one, but I find the excessive timescales staggering. | activeservo

23/11/2017 08:49 | Any chance you can enlighten this novice as to what the other parts of the equation are Sol. | 1alfi
23/11/2017 08:45 | So the under sea survey we had done could have been to do with the pipeline? | kwizza
23/11/2017 08:29 | The consortia and JOA are only one part of the equation 1alfi... | solarno lopez
23/11/2017 08:27 | I thought it was the AD holding things up sol? | bronislav
23/11/2017 08:25 | What 'final' signing would that be sol, that it might be happening here and who may want more. The consortium contracts and the JOA are already signed ? | 1alfi
23/11/2017 08:14 | It often happens that at the final signing one of the integral parties suddenly says I want a bit more ....I do hope that is not happening here ! | solarno lopez
23/11/2017 07:38 | "I will only sell when we get a takeout" - I hope you are prepared for a long wait 1sonic | 1alfi
22/11/2017 22:14 | Some have bought, sold, bought and sold! I just kept buying....... | 1sonic
22/11/2017 22:13 | POO @ 2 year high. | cornishtrader1000
22/11/2017 22:12 | Bum you must be small fry then?!? 3 year has given me a chance to keep buying week after week. Like the rest of us involved here we want a relist and upward trend on the share price | 1sonic
22/11/2017 21:54 | People would give their right arm for that many shares. Stop acting like a spoilt brat.If you can't handle it, don't invest so much money. Simple.Sounds like a sad case of greed and impatience | bumhammer |
