Ref to Isonic's post..

'Best thing that could happen for Zimbabwe that at last The leader steps down. He ruined the Country and it’s people...'

There was an article in the Telegraph a few years ago, an English husband and wife doctor team worked and saved for five years to buy a large house with servants. Mugabe then confiscated all property belonging white people. After Mugabe inflated the economy and created the Zimbabwean 'Trillion Dollar Note', the couple said that they couldn't buy a single banana with what they paid for their house.

Anyway I’ve been and got a hearing aid so I can hear at the this years AGM, been to the fancy dress shop and got a clown outfit with no smile on the face (otherwise I would slap it off) and a Jesture/Rentaghost outfit for another.... then can pop off when I explode my rage in his face.

H1 they said

Now nearly end of H2

Nearly H1 again

DrRosso, I believe you are over analysing and looking for something that isn't there or needed. Given the partners involved and Mr Lyon being on board, this has to be a billion pound plus deal. In other words a lot more than Ororo. Could be a simple case of Dangote or another wealthy individual putting in let's say £50M to get everything in place for Ororo and base the Admission Document on that. Any other assets in the potential pipeline could be secured with the rolling £10M BP package that could be paid back based on the Ororo/95 drill. Any other asset that's been secured could be RNSd individually or as a block. No doubt getting the Nomad to agree the AD based on one asset would be less problematic than multiple assets (if we have any). This time next year Rodders, you got to have a dream. If you don't have a dream how are you going to get a dream come true!Mr 50p may be right after all (i would happily take 5p). Easier said than done but we need to keep the faith in Bobo, Jack and Chris.

DrRosso - "it is difficult to see Sirius being accredited as operator"

How does the above fit in with the signing of a JOA and our current suspension whilst the company goes through the process of chaning status from Investment Company to Operator ?

oakveille...(a bit of research wouldn't go amiss)

We require lots of legal documentation before the relist.....Cancellation of existing Admission document for one...the various Schedules and of course the AGM notification to mention just three.......

(ps..this the one we had earlier)

(The above time span had Field Licence issues.... this one will not take as long)

Sirius Petroleum said to be working on fundraising of up to $20 million - sources
Friday, 3 November 2017, 11:00 am

Aim-listed Sirius Petroleum is in talks with investors about raising between $10 million and $20 million.

Sirius - which Betaville revealed several months ago had secured an offtake agreement with FTSE 100 oil giant BP - is looking to raise up to $12.5 million via an equity fundraising, said sources familiar with the matter.

These sources said new shares are likely to be priced at between 0.7p and 1p. The rest of the fundraising will be done with debt. At the moment, sources said Sirius has lined up about $7.5 million of debt from lenders that specialise in financing oil and gas projects.

Sirius, whose main asset is the Ororo field off the coast of Nigeria, has had its shares suspended as it waits to become an operating company. The new money will be used to fund the drilling of two wells, said sources familiar with the deal.

These sources said they expect the fundraising to be finalised and announced in the next couple of weeks.

Another day, another confirmation... Monday, 20 November 2017, 10:33 am
Avid followers of Betaville's work might have noticed a scoopette in this weekend's section of The Sunday Times about Accrol, the loo-roll maker, plotting an £18 million equity fundraising. Below is the link in case you missed it:

And today the company has confirmed the fundraising plans, announcing an £18 million placing with investors. Here is the link:

Hopefully, that should reassure some of the doubters that Betaville doesn't just make these things up!..

And another...
Thursday, 16 November 2017, 7:44 pm Oh look - Mayan Energy has confirmed Betaville's scoopette from last night. I have pasted the link below in case you missed it!
