Maybe Lekki FTZ has a big privateer in the methanol business. With copious gas on the doorstep, 95 and 241, it makes perfect sense for Sirius to bring in a renowned gas business development consultant to seal the $bn deal. No wonder it's all hush hush. Agent Sirius task simply to bring the parties together.

Interesting Rosso mentions not on AIM, no idea who he was and he has long vanished. However 'Black or Red' or 'Red or Black' always said Sirius would be a FTSE350 company.

20/20 gas plan ,the plan was introduced many years ago and its odds on sirius are part of that plan.Nigeriasvfuture would look far bleaker without the development of its HUGE gas resource.not long now in my view ...

I don't know how much gas they need , but this article would seem to suggest that the gas side of things is sorted?



“We also secured 25 years 300 mmscf/d gas supply from Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Ltd (SPDC-JV) “The project is designed to be built in two phases and Phase one which is expected to come on stream in 2020, will produce 1.66 million 0etric tonnes (MT) of methanol and 1.3 million metric tonnes of urea per annum. Phase one also includes a dedicated Export Jetty and a 300 mmscf/d gas processing plant”

BP Oil prior move 9 months ago was to return to Nigeria to sign a $6bn methanol offtake contract with Brass Fertilser. Could BP be involved with the gas supply ie from 95 and 241, the beginning of the chain?

JOA may well involve a Co. that has taken over the name of Sirius in the process, signed up with the big-name partners, and will be admitted back onto LSE. Might not even be AIM. Expect to see brand new BoD and Snr Mgement field operating team. Current shareholders' agreement required, at which point wave goodbye and let the newbies get on with moving the rig and onto drilling.

Ukog has 3.5b shs in issue, yes, but they announced a possible oil discovery - OIP & RF% are unknown still £160m cap

If it rose on froth & hype why hasn't SRSP done the same then if it's targeting muti billion barrell oil exploration as confirmed by Dr Rosso for endless months!

"The combination of direct and indirect oil indications observed is strongly indicative that the well has encountered a total possible gross oil-bearing zone of 761 ft MD. It should be noted that as the deeper KL1 reservoir target, lying around 300 ft below KL2, has not yet been reached, it is possible that the gross possible oil-bearing section could further increase"

The below is from SRSP's rns:

"Following the issue of the Subscription Shares, the Company will have 2,528,029,522 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in issue"

Ukog have 3.54bn shares in issue and since it's last issue in May (above) managed to reach 11p a share....and to be honest, a lot of the rise was on froth and hype with very little substance.....chill.

Solarno, JOG only have 10m shares in issue & managed to farm out one of their assets to Staoil as you may know, who drilled the exploration well within a year of farming it out.

sadly srsp, has 2.5b shsres in issue plus future warrant dilutions, so NPV values keep dropping when you divide by 2.5b shares

Lets hope the Admission doc is interesting & they tell us a lot more details about the OIP & net RF% P50 figures & the NPV net to SRSP, something they have failed to do for a long time.

To trigger the offtake ten million we dont need gas ,to get the other assets tied up we need the ten million.SO TO CUT TO THE CHASE WE ONLY NEED TO SHOW THAT WE ARE FLOWING CRUDE FROM ORORO AND BINGO.

I believe that in order to produce and sell gas it is a requirement to drill three holes.
