flyster Yes, think we are entering a period,2-3 months from suspension, that I would consider quick but do-able with a fair wind.I believe it will be worth the wait.

wiser than you... in the scheme of things, 50p is under rated. Corvus Capital, who hold 2.58% of the company and have been a shareholder and backer since the beginning, have done it before with Imperial Energy selling the company for a 4,400% profit.(you need to do some research before posting garbage)

Corvus Capital Ltd. 65,592,317 2.58% (at suspension)

We are pleased to announce that following ongoing discussions with our partners with regards to submitting the company's AD. Company X entered into additional confidential discussions to takeover our company. Due to the fantastic opportunities we were able to share, as previously mentioned in official RNS notifications in terms of the 'Block' and pipeline of assets, company X has offered a full purchase price of 50p per share. Due to the confidentiality agreement, no further details of the bid will be shared. A General Meeting will be held in 14 days time to seek approval to accept the terms of the takeover. The board strongly advise that all shareholders vote to pass these resolutions. Carlsberg don't do RNSs but if they did!!!!!!

Nobody knows. Twitter, LSE, Advfn, self proclaimed ITK or the known fraudsters haven't got a clue. RNS with an AD could drop in the next 5 minutes, Friday the 13th or anytime in the next few months. It's conceivable that Bobo, Jack & Chris don't even know 100%. Having said that, given we are suspended, I see no reason why an official update can't be provided.

Regarding timings, this is worth a read
Yes, some bits SRSP will already have in place, other bits such as the JOA will need the agreement of all parties wrt the wording in the admission document.
SRSP's admission document will be far from straight-forward, for very good reasons to.

Ok, it's a different set of circumstances, but ever tried to sell your house? And that's a pretty straight-forward transaction.

Once we hit the 3 month mark, then I might start looking more keenly for a RNS.

How long will it take for the shares to be admitted
to trading on AIM?

The actual flotation process will generally take three to four months from
instruction of advisers to admission. However, in practice, the interval between the
decision of the board to seek admission to AIM and admission itself is often a
great deal longer than this, since thought must be given to matters such as group
structure, corporate governance and financial controls and the putting in place of
appropriate share-based incentive schemes for the employees of the company.
Assuming that these matters are satisfactorily dealt with, the timetable for the
flotation itself will vary depending upon matters such as whether any new or
existing shares are to be offered in connection with the flotation, the offering
structure (eg placing, public offer or both), whether the offer is to be underwritten,
whether the offer is to be extended to international investors and the extent of any
pre-impact capital reorganisation which is required.

The timetable for the flotation will generally be longer if a prospectus (as opposed
to an admission document) is required. This is largely because the prospectus
must be vetted and approved by the FSA prior to it being published.

A key factor is how much work auditors are required to carry out in order to
prepare a long form report and a short form report and to undertake a working
capital review in support of the mandatory statement in the prospectus/admission
document regarding the adequacy of working capital for the company's
current requirements.

Shuffleman..I bow down to the more knowledgeable posters on here but if this has been a well executed plan then the AD would surely have been as good as written. No urgency to drill suggests oil can already flow from ororo thus triggering the BP cash and all else nicely slots in thereafter.Technology that we have available today suggests re-entry of ororo1 would be a formality which would enable oil and gas to flow. Its interesting BP international havent considered our gas or at least not in the deals for offtake etc.

Hi, still in Sirius, believe this will be a gusher. Also a bit in UKOG, JOG now and PFC.

Have a look at Bitcoin - now above $5000 and still climbing - on its shirt-tail is Bitconnect which is offering great returns. hxxps://youtu.be/bXTT7wBbP2M

If you all agree that this is enormous then I hope that you're not still thinking of a piddling 5p per share and are thinking more like 50p per share.

Not even two months yet, these things almost by definition take time, we are still very much in 'quick' territory and certainly not 'delay' territory.
