Anniversary of the AGM in around 3 weeks. Who’d have guessed we’d still be sitting here totally bloody clueless nearly 12 months later. Not a sniff of hydrocarbons. News flow ceased. Tumbleweed blowing around the chat rooms. Not even a sense of anticipation for 7am anymore.

Bronny is right all now signed up and which is what made it frustrating before as we weren't sure if they were going to complete the deal. Now BP signed up and oil increasing it looks like a no lose situation. The quality of the partners and the suspension point to a very good outcome for those that can think about the next step sensiblely. It no longer matters how long they take as in my opinion they have done what they said they were going to do all those years ago but points to a good conclusion for all involved which hasn't always been the case.

Once they suspended I would of guessed that no need to answer any questions .job done and wait for the next rns...By this stage of the game and given the quality of the consortium which automatically hints at the quality of the assets then whats to say to shareholders.

Its always been difficult to contact Sirius and even more difficult to get a reply. You could try John Bick who has replied to me in the past, however, he won't commit much and probably just pass your email on to whoever bins it.

If we consider schlumbergers recent deals ,signed worlwide its clear they are selective about who and what they put their name to..Stein andTaylor need no inflating as they have proved themselves with Ophir energy.Add energy chosen to sort out the deepwater horizon mess and then we have COSL,the chinese footprint ,itsely significant.Alone any one of these companys would shout out that sirius sit on something significant,not content with this consortium we also have BP..personally I am confident it will have been worth the wait.

I notice that on 24th May, Alliance News reporter Joshua Warner got Savannah Petroleum and Sirius mixed up:
"Savannah Petroleum Sources Rig For Ororo As Annual Loss Swells"




Perhaps he knows something that we don't know?!

Can`t be many folk left thinking that Havoc, BP, Schlumberger, Add, Cosl and the Ondo State people are going to be answerable and accountable to little `ol Agent Sirius comprising a BoD with no O&G production experience whatsoever.
Let`s be having our payoff for fulfilling the ftsa terms.

I notice that Savannah Petroleum suspended in June and are still suspended. So it shows that it can take a while. Must be something in the water in Nigeria.

Hazy, as far as I can see Cosl Power Ltd. was a separate private company registered in Bermuda with offices in Norway and they were principally involved in mining. Nothing to do with our rig it seems.

Deadly...its gas focused.,the oil has been the focus of the rns,s and the gas only touched upon briefly ,.The plan from the beginning was about gas and aligned with the 20/20gas plan.Huge amount of technical ability and resources in schlumberger,cosl ADD Havoc suggests insane overkill or a massive operation put together by powerful people in nigeria with sirius as the payoff.What else can it be ,or of course it could be a struggling company with a tiny market cap calling the shots to multinationals taking an absurd amount of time to drill a well.

qp.. if you read the notice it mentions Wang Baojun who was the Company secretary of China oilfield services LTD,, COSL.. until he resigned , due to a job change in March 2017..

It also says that Zhou Bingwen be appointed liquidator.

you get the feeling the oil over supply will soon swing back the other way and we could be playing a blinder here with what we have. just imagine 70 dollar oil wow thats 20 dollar more per barrel then current project calculations and add that up over 1000's of barrels a day and you then get megga returns. exciting times folks thats for sure
