if we are lucky enough to see 2p on readmission then that will do me i will be out. only thing that might stop me is if we have other assets in the AD. 2p open would be 100% rise from close and as we all know a impotent mate would have more chance of holding a rise then this share has ever done.

I'm ready and waiting with funds for a massive top up when this opens up. OK, depends exactly what is in the AD, but this is looking like a very good opportunity to me.

'For what it's worth I think it will open around 5-6p fall back in the first 3 hours, but within 6 months will be over 15p.

a couple of days ago, most posters on this board openly stated that if this opens up at 5P, they'll sell. That must have been music to the market makers ears..'fall back in the first 3 hours'....with the mad rush for the exit....I'll give it three minutes. To get to 15p...it'll need buyers not sellers. If Iinsti's are coming in they'll wait for the sellers to be cleared out.

All depends on what is in the AD, I'm very hopeful that our time has, at long last, come. Nearly there.

Sirius was selected by Ondo State for a specific purpose. Indigenous entities, GP and Owena had not a hope in hell in getting any oil field into production. Kuti, through the all-important Yoruba and family connections, was installed in an O&G shell, the key being a London listing which would attract funding. The other job was to bring in the technical expertise. Hence the FTSA. Sirius is no more than an arm of Ondo. It serves no other purpose than to set things up. Once done, it can disappear. Whether the initial rto plan has changed remains to be seen. If it does transform into a production Co, expect it to be owned and managed largely by Nigerian nationals, with ex-Chevron ppl on BoD partly because they'll know the pipeline of assets ie the outlying marginals in OML95.
These are stranded gas fields to be monetized via CNG shuttle. Total bboe should run to a combined 200m, and that's just for starters. Likely that BP is in for big offtake, also extending its methanol deal from Jan. Chevron's licence for the block was renewed in Feb 2015, so these fields, each containing an appraisal well, may be ready now to produce. Sept 2014 rns has details.

If what eventually transpires is outside of what has been discussed on this board this morning - I'd be very, very surprised...

Exclusivity over non declarable assests, held in abeyance in conditional contracts. One of those conditions being the drilling of Ororo or the injection of qualifying capital, hence the importance of the BP contract. Just speculating, one of many possibilities.

I agree, minichris. Granted if the BoD was looking for an early sell off they would hardly not RNS it, but, notwithstanding, they give all the signs of going forward with our partners into production-Ororo first and then the rest. Whether or not we sell out when the asset stream in a bit more down the road is, of course, another story.

Honestly, I was in the takeout camp for so long and still am to some degree.
But, I think the BoD have also been flipping opinions. If the right offer came in I would be certain they would take it, but have the back up of a very well planned production route to fall back on.

After all these years mini do you have any thoughts on production or takeout, just an opinion of course.

Mini.if I had assets that would be developed going forward I would set up a company on the lse or reverse into a company that had a listing and build up a significant share base so that when thise assets were sold or developed I would be rewarded.

Minichris.for me their imformation over the years and how it has been presented in my view suggests the path they are likely to take...whichever path they take it certainly appears that we are invested in something rewarding.I maintain that although the board have done a great job, in reality ,there surely has been and still are powerful people outsside of the board pulling the string ,if not I find it remarkable that sirius wasnt swept aside ,the 4 billion shares are for me the reason that sirius exists.

HT.. exactly, to the FG, not to the public.

Bron, agree pretty much with all of that, the course we take will affect the AD.
