This could be a rather large document. Any idea how much time there might be between the issue of the AD and suspension being lifted?

Schedule 1.... will generally refer to the immediate impeding Ororo drilling campaign however, unlike the previous single KE field project, SRSP have now accumulated a wide ranging 'pipeline of assets, hence, 'Schedule 2' may be required.....that stipulates two important clauses below.

A company which is required to produce an admission document must ensure that document discloses the following:

Patents and Licences (Section 11); •

Profit Forecasts or Estimates.

There's no need to speculate at all...the company will issue a mandatory pre-admission document during the suspension period known as a 'Schedule 1' that contains the Company's own valuation prior to re-listing.....All the information required for relisting will be in it. (you be able to work out the share price yourselves before it relists...)

1sonic, I don't remember Chris saying that. But even if that was mentioned, the meeting was a long time ago and things can and do change over the months so don't go holding anyone to things like that. Of course we all would love to see other assets revealed, but I'm preparing myself mentally for minimal revelations that way I wont feel too distraught.

None of us know how this is going to pan out.

IMO. When this is all up and running I think BP will in time buy the new company out,why would they get themselves involved in a penny company in the first place at this particular time.. 9% interest on loose change I don't think so...They must be after something much bigger?.IMO.PS Sunday tomorrow a day of rest.....lovely jubbly

Spoke to chris neale on two occassions and although he didnt disclose anything outside of the public domain I found him to be honest and talked about sirius with a passion ,I would conclude in my opinion he would nt say anything if he did not believe it to the best of his knowledge too be the reality.Based on reports from the AGM I am optimistic that we are indeed in line for an informative AD.

That's why I keep saying 50p+ per share - there's only a few of us on this bb who realise how huge the srsp assets are.

They did say at the AGM that all will be revealed in the admission document. Chris Neale slipped up and said look at the smile on my face you will all see all assets in the admission doc not asset....

I agree, Bron, and it's all about the 'pipeline of assets' and whether, or not the Company decides to show their hand in the AD.

For me, 'the boat's come in' . . . . . . . what's in the cargo remains to be seen, but the white knuckle, roller coaster, helter skelter ride is over.

Time to sit back, relax, and watch this space.

Bull#### teller you must have suffered a blow to the head because you can't seem to work your numbers out. get your abacus out and count up how many shares UKOG have. then work out how much profit they have made in the past few years then take a look at their 6 month share price chart then explain to me why sirius could not potentialy hit 10p???

...Exercising options at the exercise price OF 2P (which most holders have been issued with) is not very clever...usually, and in most cases that I've come across, options are usually exercised at least 100% above the exercise price....other wise there's no advantage or point in having options....you might have as well bought them at 1p as opposed to buy them at the exercise price of 2p. The name of the game is wait until they reach in excess of 100% of the exercise price then convert the options and buy the shares. You've now got free shares AND your money back.......this is why the share price will reach at least 5p within the next 18 months being the expiry date for a majority of the 2p options.


ps...we don't seem to have advanced any further on this 'problem'.
