Who's to say we won't get full disclosure on the ororo project (substantial in its own right) and a heads up that the joa can now be applied to other assets going forward. This allowing new assets to come on board September,October, November, December. Step climb share price, bit by bit growing the pie.2p rising swiftly as each and every week passes from now until year end. Steady constant news flow of assets, drills, flows, partnerships, rigs, cprs, etc etc

More or less agree, although I do wonder if we will see some indication of the future relationship between both our local partners (GP, Ondo) and our multinational ones (BP, Schlumberger et al) as this is crucial-we need our 40% confirmed for starters.

drrichard - I do believe that from here on Sirius has the making of a company that is going to give some valuable returns to its shareholders, however I do not see that directly occurring as a result of our next rns, which in my view will only be the next step towards completion of the company strategy. That next step in my opinion is to establish Sirius as an operating company that is engaged in the development of the Ororo Field as per last rns. Once this is achieved hopefully other developments will be revealed that reflect the status of the companies that we have recently partnered up with. As you rightly say, all conjecture until we know more.

Technically, we can only present a gas-FDP on the basis of three wells-the basic COSL contract I suspect. Oil is outwith that. So, assuming that the three wells take a few months to complete then, 1Alfie, yes we are into FDPs and, I hope other stuff.
As Bron has suggested one of our asset train by be producing, or nearly so, as per our mission statement.
All conjecture of course until we know.

Would that mean that the AD require a twelve month plan for the development of ororo ?

And, I think it was htrocka, who pointed out that while AIM regulations required, I think 6 months forward planning, the Nigeria DPR trumps this as the require 12 months.

drrichard - Bobo has said many things over the years but how much of what he has said has developed into reality. Bobo said we would be producing oil by the end of H1. I don't want to be critical of Bobo as I understand the difficulty of the situation he is working in and how events can change rapidly to influence expected outcomes.

I hope we do get an AD with revelations of multi assets but I do not see that being the case given the contents of the latest RNS

1alfi, so the company have reached a JOA and you expect that's the only thing in the ad doc, you're deluded.... so all these big guns signed up to what??? Sit on the JAO for another year. Come on have some faith in the bod. You think the shareholders are going to be happy in the GM? Nope!!!! Expect more that just a JOA.

It would seem that some posters are expecting great revelations when Sirius returns to the market. Myself the only revelation I expect is the details of the Joint Operating Agreement, through which Sirius are required to change their status from Investment Company to Operating Company.

Htrocka..if sirius went in on other assets through their joa and links to ondo state would that itself not make sirius a producer .They have already established the JOA as per rns.

Bron.... the 'Spud' data acknowledges the JOA....The Guarantee Website, though dated today, have not, as yet changed their acknowledgment. It would be nice to see it changed.

Schlumberger said that they would be working in Ororo by the end of the year.... andthat was before the BP news was released. I wonder if they have an agenda of their own. The whole philosophy of Schlumberger seems to be changing these past years and moving into active participation.

JT that's what one would hope, i just hope the share price turns out better then what happened at san leon, i can remember when they were suspended for months and when they finally came back the share price spiked around 50% and is now pratically back down and not far off where it was before their big news. Hopefully here we will see a lot of other "assets" revealed and this is what we will need to get this share price really going. i am now not even thinking of the oil rig after the heavy lift ship false alarm, concentrating on this rig might be leading us all in the wrong direction, who knows there might stll be a big surprise to play out one never knows it would be nice to think a mystery buyer might still be lurking out there and snap all this up. exciting times what ever and worse case i cant see the share price being a lot lower on re admission

The key that seems to tie all this together is the testing of those deeper sands ,not only for knowing what is down there but also the extent of the deeper sands In relation to other assets .To have a data room surely the company would need that imformation available for the data room.To my mind there is only one logical conclusion .

One would imagine, a document lacking revelatory detail, wouldn't take long to produce.

Perhaps then, the longer we have to wait for the AD, the more detail regarding other assets (yet to have been confirmed) will be included..?

- in which case, we might 'take heart', from this process of being kept waiting.

One wonders just what has gone on behind the scenes and what will be revealed,Will we get to know all or just what we need to know.The deeper sands will reveal much in my view or maybe they have already revealed much...Cosl schlumb BP ETC clearly know the significant reality.

Further to the announcement by the Company on 22 September 2015 in respect of clarifying the licensing obligations in relation to the Ororo Field, the Directors believe the DPR Well Permit issued on 26th October affirmed the Partners right to continue operations and drill Ororo-2A.

That would explain Bob's assertion/aspiration that SRSP would be in positive cash flow by year end, Bron. Getting a little late to drill Ororo and start selling product by year end now.
We shall see.
