I'm sure they already have 51% approval (in principle) before the doc even goes out.I also think there will be an unprecedented response to the EGM and the ADs passing.

Minichris. There will be so many assets and CPRs in the AD, many emails wouldn't be able to open such a large attachment!!We can but dream.

If they start the rig en-route in the next day or two, then it could be on site by about mid September. In which case they will want to have the EGM out of the way before it arrives.

Alternatively they may not want to risk starting the rig move until after getting EGM approval. Either way, I'm sure they will want to have the EGM as soon as possible.

Admission document to be prepared , printed, sent out and give shareholders 14 days notice of General Meeting. Shares back from suspension post GM, assuming shareholders vote in favour.
You would be hard pressed to do it in 3 weeks, but no reason why 4 weeks shouldn't be possible, especially as this is hardly an unforeseen event and something that has been in the planning for quite some time.

Whilst a share is in suspension people with T20 contracts are obliged to settle on, or before, the settlement date, or face penalties.

Today's news shows just how important the BP deal is to us, and how the market woefully misinterpreted it.

1Alfie was spot on when he pointed out that the deal derisks the project partners. I I did not expect it to happen quite so rapidly. Make one suspect that the ship movements around the rig are for real.

Depends on what's in the ad, shares should have been >1.5p on the BP news, further good news and it's anyones guess, >2p for starters?

I am fishing for some clues here at the TSX. Nobody is really sure however 2 traders I spoke to say it will come out of suspension at least 50% higher so 1.7p would be the least we can expect.

That's a relief, firstly they have achieved what we have been waiting for 10 years, secondly we can give them a break and go back to supporting them instead of pressuring them to come up with the goods we all know are there. I think the lti holders had a right to be a little bit annoyed. Thankfully that m.o that looks to be done. Thank Chris-t for that:

Let's see what share price it comes back with, I can't believe it will be >5p. It can't be that easy. My guess it will start at 1.4p any others ...
