end of a good week for people who still holding shares
feel for some who had stop losses taken out
before this news was announced
good to see this news for the patient holders
who have held while they watched as some others have sold
some times patience can pay with shares

Drewster..... Institutions have rules on investment depending on the companies status within the LSE..and once they reach the 250 stage.... a load will pile in.


Let's assume two or three years down the line and we're on a par with...say Seplat, currently valued at circa £600m, divided by 4bn shares....(if my maths is right) that's 15p a share.....worth the wait.

2,542,029,522 shares in issue.
$4,440,000 "payables" which would likely be converted to new paper. (c. 400M to 1000M new shares - Havoc can convert over $520k @ 0.35p for example)
Plus cash ($300k) to pay consultants for the new AD (c. 30M new shares)
Plus working capital, say $5m? (c. 500M+ new shares)

There could easily bee 4,000,000,000 shares in issue on re-list allowing for some additional new paper for "fees"

15p would see SRSP pushing for a place on the FTSE 250

A way to go yet I'd wager.

Any comments on the following?...I'm not sure if it's a misprint....I can't believe what I'm reading. "Sirius Ororo Ltd" which directly owns OML 95.(ignore the NIMA reference)

These include Nima providing funding to Sirius Ororo ("OML 95") Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sirius ("Sirius Ororo Ltd.") which directly owns OML 95, or obtaining funding at the project level. Update on Assets

Sirius is pleased to announce that, as a result of positive discussions regarding its funding strategy, the Company has decided to accelerate its Field Development Plans ("FDPs") on the Ororo Field in OML 95 and, in addition, on one of the larger existing discoveries in an Oil Block located in the shallow waters of the Niger Delta Basin, over which Sirius has agreed terms and has exclusivity (the "Oil Block") as announced on 21 June 2012. The FDPs will focus on the logistics and available infrastructure of delivering crude oil to potential purchasers, along with timescales and the estimated cost of development

I beg to differ, way back in the early days, SRSP management stated that they would probably end up dual listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange. Of the three Nigerian registered subsidiaries, SRSP have a special relationship with 'Sirius Taglient Petro Limited'. In my opinion, this will be their route onto the Nigerian Exchange and the (possible) new name may incorporate aspects the of this subsidiary.(my opinion only)

ps.....before we get the new AD, first we are to receive 'Pre-Admission' documents known as 'Schedule 1' and 'Schedule 2'...that, basically, spells out their plan of action on re-admission.

Rig contract is between the owner (COSL) and the Operator, so we could still be waiting a while for the rig to be mobilised. The Operator is also the only entity that can apply for the various well entry permits.

Is there a Chinese target that will reverse in? If so, most of the share transfer process will already have completed. Could be looking at another 1bn going across as consideration shares. Have to wait and see on that one.

If they are just sticking to Ororo upper zone AD revelations for the mo, rerate should be around 2.5p. If the other assets are announced, it`ll be 5p+. These are simply rerate starter platforms. Should move strongly upwards on O&G developments.
