minichris.....the Joint Operating Agreement is between Owena Oil and Gas, Guarantee Petroleum and Sirius Petroleum. This is part of the deal that precedes the 40% Ororo Economic acquisition....in effect, confirms that they'll be drilling shortly. Sirius, in view of the consortium and access to cash, will now become and accepted as joint operators of the Ororo field.

I dont think we will, might see deeper sands. Love to be proved wrong on this tho.

The wording also stands out - A Joint Operating Agreement, not THE JOA, like there could be more than one.

Bumhammer...they will now have to declare the 'pipeline of assets' and have them independently evaluated..(ok, ok, they'll issue a few more shares)..but I say they'll be back at 5p+

No other reason for share price dropping apart from it is massively over valued and yet to actually do something to show on the bottom line.Nothing has changed for years with this lot and if you think it's gonna you're living in a bubble.

Aims and objectives

The Company's core corporate strategy is to work alongside financial and technical industry partners on a joint farm-in basis to exploit larger oil blocks (typically, marginal fields that have flowed oil in the past) in Nigeria, and our objective for 2017 is to finalise plans in order to commence the drilling programme on the Company's first marginal field, the Ororo Field, located in OML95.

Lets see what details in the new admission doc expand on the above paragraph.
