Ord res needed to receive annual acs. Special resolution needed for the CL (£500k received) to be taken as 0.35p shares. Needs AGM (or egm) to approve. On my reckoning those unapproved shares have already been flipped. Day's not over, mind.

That's possible....they did last year. (but we'd have to be informed of the new date)




The accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014 will be posted to shareholders shortly and laid before the Company at the Annual General Meeting which will be held on 5 August 2015 at 10.00 a.m. at the offices of Fladgate LLP, 16 Great Queen Street, London, WC2B 5DG. Copies will also be available on the Company's website (www.siriuspetroleum.com) in accordance with AIM Rule 26.

Strategic update pre agm - The Board has now received a further 15 proposals from multinational service providers following the Company's initial vendor finance proposal, the board will very slowly review these proposals and continue to review other forms of finance until all shareholders have sold up and moved on. This annoying process will result in the best form of funding for the ororo well.

Cornish - quite a few of the AIM companies on my watchlist have done well in recent years but sadly I wasn't invested in them. Still convinced Sirius will turn out to be the very best investment....it's just taken far far longer than anyone imagined.
