Agenda will appear shortly. Expect nothing more than presentation of accounts (Ord Res 1). Drab stuff hasn't met with share sell-off.

For the Co. to do anything at all from now on, it will have to convene a EGM with a series of special resolutions.

Sounds likely to me, but they'd need an EGM for several reasons, not least approval to change Co. status.
