I think we'll find out that Mr Pryde won't last out another 5 weeks. Having overseen a set-up operation that will make a few Ondo State individuals extremely wealthy, he'll be rewarded accordingly as he is put out to grass, job done.

Hirshcfield is also a director of Kitwell,,,and Mr Pryde is now over 70 years old....I doubt he'll want to go another five years..

Fully expecting to hear of the creation of a spv subsidiary for the merger process. Along the lines of Eroton, Elcrest, Martwestern.

Bigger picture could see Ondo-Owena-Sirius as a version of Chrome Group.

Sirius has declared that it will take up its option to buy up the 50% of Sirius Taglient shares that it does not own. At a nominal price. Little is known about Taglient Oil.

Could ST be the spv that Owena and Sirius will use in a merger process?

We know from past Results that money has been diverted to Sirius Tanglient, however no mention from SRSP of exactly what they're up to yet 'linkedIn' informs us that they have a various number of staff including Reseviour engineers. SRSP may be authorised to speak on behalf of the 'group' and 'partners' but to make a comment on the actions of a partners subsidiary would require permission and beyond their remit (and probably purposely engineered). The point being that OwenaOil is NOT Owena Oil and Gas...but a participating entity that has an interest in the State vehicle just as Owena Energy and Sirius Petroleum have. If you take a look at the OwenaOil website...it states quite plainly that they already have production platforms (Plural) on Ororo.... OwenaOil,(as a subsidiary or independent entity) may be working on behalf of the State vehicle which conveniently allows a news blackout. If OwenaOil state on their website that they have rigs and platforms already up and running on Ororo...SRSP need not reply, however, if Owena Oil and Gas made such a statement, as a partner, SRSP would be forced to reply. Owena Oil and Gas are our partners, not OwenaOil.
All Ondo State mineral rights etc are dealt with at the State H/Q not an office on the upper floor of a shopping centre in Lagos.

(In my view it was deliberately ambiguously written...and should have read OwenaOil, on behalf of Owena Oil and Gas.....but merely stated 'Oweana' hence covered.)

Does anyone on here believe in charts? I'm not sure that I do, but I've just been looking at the "cup and handle" theory. This chart has been forming a perfect cup starting back in March, and looks like it might be complete in a week or two. Then watch for the pull-back (the handle) followed by the break-out that we've all been waiting for.

As I say, I don't particularly believe in these charts theories, but it will be interesting to watch and see if it follows the pattern.

just be nice to see this back above 1p. any poor soul who is sitting here with 4p average would probably be happy just to get their money back. we have got to get some good news here soon just to try and keep up the share price momentum. i think its fair to say that the next couple of RNS here will be the most critical in the history of this company. shareholders will totally lose the last 1 percent of our faith if we are fed more jam tomorrow RNS'S. The fact the company appears to be in total silent lockdown will hopefully mean that big negoiations are on going here.

Is WRN our obstacle? Waiting on them to complete their investment here. Signs are that it is done, in which case Sirius move is next week.
