They Ramp a stock. They deliberately do this so they can line their own pocket. It's very manipulative and really only influences the less experienced. Fortunately though if you do your own research rather than just read the threads on bulletin boards you can figure out who is a Ramper. There are a handful of glaring signals here....

I was at the AGM, it was an AGM nothing special, nothing offered regards to news that isn't already in the public domain though the board were extremely positive regarding future developments.
