27/5/2018 21:39 | This would be good opportunity to warn other investors of De-rampers (esp newbies) about the heartless souls who will quite happily slag off shares without any real credible info and watch your wealth disappear. | johnwise
27/5/2018 20:08 | Evening NMRN, thanks for the colour! Appreciate it, forgot about it last week! | ppvn
27/5/2018 14:05 | Morning PPVN, "Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for your email, which has been received by the Investor Relations team. The Company receives a large number of emails and aims to respond to all sensible enquiries as quickly as possible and within a maximum of five working days." Not a word! They obviously did not think the questions were sensible. I will try again though. Edit: Just sent another one. NMRN | not my real name
27/5/2018 11:08 | Hi Chrisatbirdies, apologies for the late response! Guesswork at what Sirius will do in order to ramp production up to 20mt/yr vs. possible dividend payments is an interesting topic. I've said previously that my personal opinion with regard to this fine company is that if a takeover is to come, it would probably be early in production purely for the reason that at that point, revenues will be beginning to flow. So paying divs earlier would make sense to be, because this will broaden our potential investor base (some funds can only buy dividend paying stocks), as well as increasing our shareprice (divs tend to do this, though I conceed not in every case). So with this in mind, these are my guesses: 1. Build out the mine with no significant negative p&l impacts 2. Achieve first production 3. Ramp up to 10mt/yr (achieving additional sales agreements) 4. Restructure existing stg2 debts once revenue flowing - this should be possible since the risk of mine build out no longer exists - may cost a bit but would probably be worth it since, depending on the restructure, could allow for earlier payments. It's really only guesswork at this point; there are loads of potential outcomes as I'm sure you're more than aware! But if it was me pulling the strings, I'd have thought a debt restructuring could be a decent possibility. 11%, I would at least like to imagine that our illustrious civil service has some awareness of commercial returns - thus I'd probably think their (possible) guarantee will be contingent on TorPs! NMRN; did you ever hear back from Sirius? | ppvn
27/5/2018 09:25 | NMRN, Yes agreed....exactly correct. But, what I am saying is, do the banks really need these 6-7m TORPs. They will have a Gov guarantee on the loan. The loans would be good business for them, so why insist on TORPs when they have a guarantee. If the banks adopt this attitude, then the extra TORPs are not any sort of big deal and are no longer a blocker. | 11_percent
26/5/2018 22:49 | Hi 11%, I believe part of the Government loan guarantee and the further billion being supplied by the banks was the company showing viable advance orders. This would be in the form of 6-7m TORPs. They are currently only 2/3 of the way there so no guarantee yet. NMRN | not my real name

26/5/2018 21:49 | christabirdies, You are thinking way too far out. Its all about Stg2 finance........and you think its quite.....it is all happening in the background. It has been said, that without the additional TorP offtakes, the Stg2 will not be loans, but more dilution, bonds, etc. This is because the banks which are supplying the loans want the confidence that there is a market/demand for Poly4. Now, I don't know who invented this idea, but if the banks are getting a CAST IRON guarantee from the UK Gov for the loans, they are not likely to want the "security blanket" / "comfy feeling" that the additional TorP offtakes provide. | 11_percent
26/5/2018 21:49 | I'd rather they kept the divi small and paid off their debt. Makes it a safer long term play, and this is a very long term play, as I see it | cflather2000
26/5/2018 21:26 | Hi nmrn. Just thinking out loud really.most people seem to think dividends in 2024. I think that leaves it open for a takeover offer.good dividends earlier.would make a takeover expensive | chrisatbirdies
26/5/2018 20:49 | Chrisatbirdies, The ramp up to 20mt is supposed to be funded out of profits, not borrowing. The DFS said that the whole system was a modular design so we didn't have to go from 10 - 20. We could ramp up as and when demand grew. This would allow dividends to be paid as well as further investment for the increase in production. 11%. Snowflake? LOL, never been called that before. Almost a compliment! 26/5/2018 16:40 | Hi ppvn I read your post where you point out that once the conversions are over with, shares could become harder to come by as private investors hold on for the high dividends hoped for. A poster and myself over on l.s.e. discussion board have touted the idea of the 20mtpa step up as a stage three fund raiser.instead of borrowingvfunds for this increase and in order to facilitate a dividend.( this would help keep predators at bay).maybe then a little dilution would provide those extra shares without damaging the share price too much and without loan interest and repayment. Just a thought. | chrisatbirdies
