So the big trade yesterday was entirely Henderson Global investors and they had none before that!

Well, a buy and a sell I suppose....interesting times ahead hopefully.....though a tad close to last director purchases to indicate corporate action but you never know.........

I saw that as a sell, if it as a buy an announcement shortly if it is Tosca they will have to make a did at highest share price over the last 12 months.

A trade of 27.9 million shares at 28p today which equates to about 5.6% of the shares in issue. Something must be afoot.

Yes egg, I cannot understand why Toscafund have stopped short of 30% for so long.

I think his buying certainly shores up the downside here, but the upside may be a while yet. Of course a bid could come out of the blue. Frustrating, but then investment often is.

R.S.Swanson has a good history in this sector and now as a large holding. The future of SPH IMHO is sound and the fact that Swanson as just spent 1.4m only makes me feel more confident.
