Sinclair IS Pharma plc (SPH.L), ("Sinclair" or the "Group") the international specialty pharma company, was informed on 17 October 2014 earlier that day Jean-Charles Tschudin, a Non-Executive Director, acquired 500,000 ordinary shares in Sinclair at an average price of 28.75p per share. Following this purchase Jean-Charles Tschudin has a beneficial interest in 3,000,117 ordinary shares representing 0.60% of the Group's issued ordinary share capital.

I would be more concerned if Toscafund were off loading stock. I do not know why Toscafund are holding off owning SPH, they have 29.11% of shares who knows Blackrock selling may trigger a bid offer all IMHO.

It's definitely Blackrock who have been selling. I was suggested about 4 months ago that they had 7 or 8 million to get shot. With the 3 million going through yesterday they must be close to finishing. Any thoughts?
Do they have to make an announcement when they are done?

George Soros forked out £9million in June to take his shareholding above 5 per cent, but has since watched the stock drift down to touch a recent year low of 23.30p. Give a chance for a better entry point, around 30,s it was bit fully valued. Also i think it didn't help when they showed a loss for the last year, while a profit was expected...imho...dyor.

P.S Interim results will be the key to watch as how things are going or not.

Yup, N+1 Singer TP 36p. Down from 40p.
Mind you most of the other brokers targets post results are in the 43 - 45p bracket.
Swanson and other directors, plus Goerge Soros et al must feel a bit gutted. But almost certainly know a bit more than Singers.

For broker ratings a good site is the N&P. share dealing section- Norwich & Peterborough Building Society!!
