Clearly as a director he knows more than ordinary shareholders, but I doubt he knows much more than when he last bought a wodge of shares.
I think more interestingly - where are the shares coming from?

Ignore this report from a fool who does not know what he is talking about. This company is a serious contender in the clinic spectrum, dealing with skin care and dermal fillers. They have a range of excellent products we use ourselves in all our clinics...our clients prefer their sculptra range to botox and a big thanks to Sinclair for making products which last and last and last.......

Sinclair IS Pharma (LON:SPH) - This was a new company to me. It mainly does cosmetic creams and other treatments for skin. The charismatic CEO gave us a master class in the sector, including some vivid examples of treatments such as a suture with little cones attached, which scoops away wrinkles and lasts about two years. Useful for wrinkles, saggy bottoms, and other areas of sagginess where apparently excellent results have been reported! Why people cannot just accept that the ageing process is natural, I have no idea. Narcissism knows no bounds apparently, and the financial results of this company do look pretty remarkable, especially if forecasts are achieved. There were some more worthwhile products such as a foam to help serious burns victims survive. Also a potential new product for the millions of Indians with blotchy skin pigmentation issues. A bit like the skin whitening condition that Michael Jackson had? Which reminds me, a good suggestion to perfect your Michael Jackson singing impressions, is to practice your dance moves barefoot with Lego scattered over the floor!

Prevailing Medtronic of the US takeover talk continued to put a spring in the step of replacement hip and knee group Smith & Nephew, 25p higher at 1100p. Intensifying rumours that private equity players Blackrock and Warburg Pincus are stalking aesthetics and skin care company Sinclair IS Pharma helped it rise 3.5p to 33.5p.Legendary investor George Soros recently spent £9million taking his stake above 5 per cent and dealers believe he could have snapped up some more stock yesterday when a overhang was cleared.Sinclair's attraction is that it owns Silhouette, a company that has found a replacement for botox. Silhouette Soft is a £1,200 anti-ageing treatment that uses dissolvable thread to beat wrinkles. Any predator will have to pay 45p-plus a share to stand a chance of gaining control.

Not strange.I've got some holdings in my portfolio that I wish I'd never bought and comment as much. It's difficult to be fond of a share that's costing you money.I've held here since the Maelor days. That was a funny old outfit if ever there was one.Glad they got taken over. What gives me confidence here,is the sizeable stake taken by Tosca. They're a competent bunch and I'm sure they've done a lot of due diligence.Frankly,Botox and the like is as much a mystery to me as tattooing but I'm sure there's load of dosh in it.

Red Ninja,
Strange that someone with a large holding should post a negative comment, another case of someone shooting himself in the foot?
