05/6/2019 07:22 | I think I’m the modern era with social media and search engines , patients are far more knowledgable about what treatments are available to them. Certainly the case in my area of work | ![]() peachie 74

04/6/2019 20:56 | Cranky man on this occasion does have a point. I asked this exact question of the CEO at the investor evening. Sadly in the US some physicians are more likely to prescribe a treatment where they make some money on the procedure as well. The company I worked for used this to their advantage by keeping an old poor formulation on the market because making it up counted as a procedure and the physicians as a result got $50. It sold very well even though it was definitely not better for the patient... So it could reduce the potential market a little but for most physicians this will not be their first consideration and certainly most patients will want an oral drug if it is offered to them. The bottom line is that this is not something to worry about unduly. | ![]() nobbygnome

04/6/2019 18:23 | I doubt the FDA base their decision around a Doctors profit. You do not have multiple infusions at one visit. So you would need separate visits. All the more reason NOT to want to go to hospital from the patients point of view. CKD dialysis for example would not be tied in with IV Iron administration. IV administration of any drug carries a lot of disadvantages compared to as effective oral treatments. Time Cost Convenience Haematomas Embolism Localised reactions/infections Etc A non inferior oral alternative is massively advantageous I’m afraid , it’s not that complex. | ![]() peachie 74
04/6/2019 17:33 | People need to know that in the US doctors get paid to administer the IV. They won’t make money on an oral treatment. In addition, some patients are having regular hospital visits and infusions anyway - like CKD patients. There is massive potential but who gets this product is more complex than an IV switch IMO. | crankyman
04/6/2019 16:56 | New kid on the block but a holder. Basically the product seems a world beater and despite July 27 game conger, it seems sure that if it is at least equal to IV the patient perspective is a no brainier. Must be reckoned as a medium term hold? | maximus72
04/6/2019 12:17 | Stone Yes only 117m shares in issue, peanuts, illiquid works both ways, but if given the ok 27th July I see a massive spike if 175p if not approved down to 85p. Place yer bets. | ![]() montyhedge

04/6/2019 09:29 | I'm still here with my 75k at an average below 50p. Unusually I have no stop loss in place. The stock is so illiquid yesterday's spike down on 'no news' is always possible. | stoneme
04/6/2019 09:19 | Just allso anyone who thinks they have missed the boat at current price you have not by a long way with the current label or something close a bidding battle is guarentead at 3-4 times current valuation could be more. | ![]() best1467

04/6/2019 09:05 | Investors waking up to the potentially huge news on FDA approval 27 July, the share price will power higher. | ![]() ny boy
04/6/2019 08:22 | And going higher rapidly. The muppet sellers buying back in I suspect.... | ![]() nobbygnome
04/6/2019 08:16 | Aye, a very good interview yesterday, restoring calm and excitement about FDA approval on 27 July, seems quite likely, I am as confident as the board of Directors. Onwards & upwards! | ![]() ny boy
04/6/2019 08:11 | Back where we started before the RNS! Says it all. I expect further rises today... | ![]() nobbygnome
03/6/2019 21:47 | Well. Confidence inspiring to say the least. A £1000 to file an appeal. Peanuts. Why wouldn’t you ? FDA dialogue sounds positive. He almost seems to be holding himself back. Thanks for posting. | ![]() peachie 74
03/6/2019 21:46 | And I expect a price rise tomorrow as that interview sinks in and the sellers today realise they made an awful mistake! | ![]() nobbygnome
03/6/2019 21:46 | Thanks for posting. Truly great interview summing everything up very well. He made the point about lining the companies up ahead of the approval at the Proactive presentation two months ago so I feel almost like I had inside information! Everything is set fair for the approval and subsequent commercialisation! | ![]() nobbygnome

03/6/2019 18:32 | Great day to buy some more.. shame I missed the 90s though. Got rid of some weak holders , but shows the shares resilience to bounce from a 14% drop at one stage. That would have been carnage with many other small caps. Must have some strong long term holders here | ![]() peachie 74
03/6/2019 17:11 | Those who sold out in a panic today will have to decide whether to buy back in. That could cause some demand in the next few days. | ![]() nobbygnome |
