20/1/2022 23:33 | Better be better than last year ..... and the year before .... and the year before that.If this goes sub £1 I will break my vow never to buy anymore of these. Some more directors buys are needed. | husbod

19/1/2022 12:14 | Think this one is a dud ! Off the 12 tips I got in March 2020 all have come good 27 - 112 % Shearwater my lame duck | peter oconnor
19/1/2022 11:45 | Think this one is a dud ! Off the 12 tips I got in March 2020 all have come good 27 - 112 % Shearwater my lame duck | peter oconnor
13/1/2022 12:19 | Good to see the share price pop up 2p on a buy of 7k shares. Hopefully indicative of a lack of stock around. | rivaldo
11/1/2022 13:10 | As I predicted a total waste of time as an RNS in terms of investor appetite and perception !! Down we go (again) | lightning rod1
11/1/2022 09:05 | You may well be right but it is SWG that is the listed public company and in which we have 'shares' not Pentest, an acquisition that was massively over-valued and has performed very poorly - as you actually imply !! | lightning rod1
11/1/2022 08:58 | lightningrod, Whilst £300k is pretty minor in the context of the group (and was released as an RNS Reach) for Pentest with rev of £1.9m last FY it's a pretty significant contract. | cockerhoop
11/1/2022 08:38 | Simply no has traded it yet. I suspect it will go higher | hybrasil
11/1/2022 08:33 | I see that RNS has really set the share price alight !! Duh | irish boy
11/1/2022 07:26 | Announcing something as minor and as insignificant as a one-off £300K contract means they must be desperate for good news !! What has Penntest been doing for the last year or more if this is the best they can manage ? Dear oh dear | lightning rod1
11/1/2022 07:19 | Nice new contract win announced today, important for it being a cybersecurity contract with a "global technology business" raher than the £300,000 value (which is why it's an RNSNON): | rivaldo
07/1/2022 15:24 | That's 2.5% of the shares in issue so looks like an institution maybe building a stake. | sev22
07/1/2022 15:14 | I think so. Most likely institutional. Good sign. | northwards
07/1/2022 14:45 | Did anyone else spot those 2 x 300,000 trades @ 115.00 go through at 2.30pm? I reckon they are two buy trades. | sev22
05/1/2022 15:27 | I fancy XLM to do well this year also. | northwards
05/1/2022 11:10 | Nice start to the NY | qs99
05/1/2022 10:18 | Looking healthy. | northwards
04/1/2022 12:11 | Indeed, good to see and let us hope 2022 is a good one for SWG.............. | chrisdgb
04/1/2022 12:01 | Cheers SEV22 - great to see SWG getting some exposure via Evil Knievil: "My correspondent, Robert Corden, drew my attention on the run up to Christmas to Shearwater Group (SWG). Here NAV is roughly double the current share price of 110p and intangibles (presumably these have arisen through acquisitions) are in at around 200p+. According to Robert EPS is increasing quite rapidly and on that basis SWG is cheap. I hope so. There is plenty of cash." | rivaldo
23/12/2021 11:47 | Thanks Rivaldo. Stockopedia are well out with their forecast EPS then! | dunns_river_falls
23/12/2021 10:32 | Good to see more interest here and entirely justified...... | chrisdgb
23/12/2021 09:57 | It's worth correcting the incorrect EPS forecast in post 2548. Cenkos go for 11.4p EPS for the current year, then 13.8p EPS to March'23. Progressive Equity forecast 11.5p EPS this year, then 14.1p EPS to March'23 )and that's fully diluted adjusted EPS too). It's no wonder on a current year P/E of barely 10, falling well into single digits - and a substantial cash pile - Cenkos say "Fair value lies in excess of twice the current price. Buy". | rivaldo
23/12/2021 09:01 | Sidam Lord lee of Trafford is or was a fan of app but it has been a bit of a dog. I ll run the slide rule and come back to you. Chart looks interesting | hybrasil |
