On the acquisition front SQZ we know in the past have used creative methods to fund purchases, profit sharing, cash, equity etc.

I'm wondering if something has been agreed which has a equity component say X amount of SQZ shares issued to the owner of the assets at a predetermined value like the average weighted volume of the share price over a fixed period.

This might certainly explain a desire for the share price to be kept with in a predetermined range by both parties.

I expect gas will rise in price tomorrow in sympathy with oil. But I'm no expert on the short term gas price..
