That may be the case however the auction is open to manipulation. Just ask anyone who was in EEN when it was due to qualify for entry into the ftse250. One single auction well below the trading levels of that day and previous days stopped it from entry into the ft250.

Oh dear - more misunderstanding of the market and how it operates. UT trades are auction - a period of 5-6 mins where buy/sell orders are matched.

Really, a development that is awaiting third party progress on Arran, scheduled for Q3 2020, and startup thereafter, probably Q2 2021 is holding the share price back atm ...
PS Don't forget our $140m tax pool and approx $120m CoH !!!

Has anyone an idea as to how much it will cost to get columbus online. Are we looking at all revenue next year going towards Columbus. If so it probably explains as to why the share price is stagnant

AT trading is exactly that, automated thus why called AT, as opposed to O trades which are ordinary and the sort of trade that may be made by us via your trading app etc. or by the broker.

Wrong!

You can ask a broker or get a Direct Market Access account and any trades you make appear as "AT"

Of course its going on. Why bother buying and selling in tiny lots unless there is an objective to attempt to move the equity in one direction or the other. I,ve got DMA ,and in a very thin market ,and the abscence of any large entity who may be watching i could give the impression of the share price falling quickly by either hitting my own tiny stacked bids in the order book or cancelling those bids.. (buying and selling to myself).
It would likely cause some nervous PI's to start selling to the RSP via "0" trades.

Some done by automation others by manual human Intervention.

Simply an automated trade surely? One where it's been effectively placed by a piece of software rather than a human, so I thought.

I suppose the algorithms dictate any effect it might have on a price, like some years back when the Dow went into freefall as automated trades were triggering sell-offs.

No - that's incorrect. AT is just a trade that is taken directly off the order book.

I thought AT was suppose to iron out prices jumping around when often there appears

no logical reason.

It's called trading and happens in lots of shares that are thinly traded at times.

Stop looking for ridiculous conspiracy theories.
