13/2/2019 12:25 | Are you in here now Nigel? I've made my own position clear. | bountyhunter
13/2/2019 12:10 | Sure - we all take different views and are entitled to express our opinions. I remain unconvinced that he has become "rather negative". | nigelpm
13/2/2019 09:39 | But in how many posts has that exact point now been made to the exclusion of other considerations. I'm simply posting what I found related to payment for the gas hedges which gives some indication and is better than no info on this at all since the issue was raised. | bountyhunter
13/2/2019 09:10 | The point is that the cost of the hedges have been included in the £16m even if the exact cost is not specified. I must say that you do seem to have become rather negative in your posts since you sold out which is the complete opposite to your previous posting style. I disagree with this. GG is posting fairly sensible level headed comments. His point around the fall in gas price is a good one and will impact SQZ's cash flow. Don't think he's arguing anything else. | nigelpm

12/2/2019 23:44 | Almsivi produced a long list of facts of yours that weren't true. I expect he would be pleased to reproduce the long list. | fardels bear
12/2/2019 23:38 | Fardel You and others just dont like a negative stance and if you did you would have a balance out look. What was untrue about any of my facts. | chestnuts
12/2/2019 23:21 | But this play isn't about a short term gas price, is it? If gas returns to normal prices then what we have here is still about a development play that will build value over the medium term. It was never about a short term get rich quick play on a bullish gas market. | fardels bear
12/2/2019 23:16 | What people on the main thread is people who have just sold talking the share down. And you know very well why people don't appreciate it. | fardels bear
12/2/2019 22:50 | I'm not negative. Im asking a question. I have constantly stated its a good company that I like, and am still very much pro-serica. I agree with 99% of what people post, as everyone here is knowledgeable, including yourself. The only thing I am negative about is the current gas price, I think this will affect profits a fair bit. Like we have discussed, extra sustained production from both bkr and erskine can offset this to some extent. I will refrain from posting further. Cheers GG | general george

12/2/2019 21:45 | BH So in plain english what is that? What does the hedge cost Serica? | general george
12/2/2019 19:10 | Re the cost of hedging this has already been accounted for as I posted previously... bountyhunter9 Feb '19 - 11:48 - 12419 of 12500 "As part of the acquisition, Serica has entered into product sales agreements with certain BP entities to off-take Serica's share of production of gas, oil and natural gas liquids from the BKR Assets on market terms. In addition, BP Gas has agreed to provide Serica with a prepayment facility of up to £16 million to provide for drawings to cover the cost of gas price hedging instruments which have been purchased by Serica in conjunction with signing the acquisition agreement and, if required, the initial consideration." | bountyhunter
