I disagree with this. GG is posting fairly sensible level headed comments.

His point around the fall in gas price is a good one and will impact SQZ's cash flow.

Don't think he's arguing anything else.

But this play isn't about a short term gas price, is it? If gas returns to normal prices then what we have here is still about a development play that will build value over the medium term. It was never about a short term get rich quick play on a bullish gas market.

I'm not negative. Im asking a question.

I have constantly stated its a good company that I like, and am still very much pro-serica. I agree with 99% of what people post, as everyone here is knowledgeable, including yourself.

The only thing I am negative about is the current gas price, I think this will affect profits a fair bit. Like we have discussed, extra sustained production from both bkr and erskine can offset this to some extent.

I will refrain from posting further.

In addition, BP Gas has agreed to provide Serica with a prepayment facility of up to £16 million to provide for drawings to cover the cost of gas price hedging instruments which have been purchased by Serica in conjunction with signing the acquisition agreement and, if required, the initial consideration."
