FFS - what do u mean when are they going to do something about it - they'd snap the hands off any farm-ins rest assured at that.
It's probably simply because that there isn't too much interest there!

Yes I have sold out.

I still like the company though.
Im not deramping or advising anyone to sell. Just stated why i had sold.

Im on the sidelines waiting for a wider market correction. 80% in cash.

I hope SQZ do well, genuine company, gd management.

Guys, if you sign up for Google Drive (free) you can drop Excel spreadsheets in there and then share them as a link on here.

I'd be interested to see peoples musings.

RR ...I can run with that opinion, quite happy to see BP get their 50% asap...for goodwill reasons

I think they estimated rhm3 was another 7k or 8k so I would take 50% of that production. get it while you can never predict the future

Yes R3 increases short term production. However as an investor..... Why share increased production with BP? What capex would SQZ be liable for?
Would existing production stop or be reduce during re-entry.

Personally id take the steady 27k-30k average.

Interesting to see others thoughts.

Fb,

No chance of 36k average.
Peak was 35k in 2018. Impossible to achieve near that as an average. Perhaps 30k if all goes well....

I think you've underestimated the BKR production at 24000 boepd. Don't forget Forties shutdown. Production was patchy for much of last year if you look at the figures. I'm sure I've read somewhere to expect 36000 boepd including Erskine.

Ps. DH. Will answer your RRE question tomorrow. I was busy looking at Petrofac today. Who I will be working for in the near future.

Apologies for not doing so already.

Hi Abbott,

Nice work, your calcs are similar to mine. I have an excel sheet as well, which has been v useful.

My one question would be the current gas price is 46p/47p a therm.

What is the actual SQZ realised price, and how much is the hedge?

Imho will we get less than both your and my figures.

There are also PLC costs. The extra 3 x yearly payments to BP. And also a contribution to the decomm costs (for a later date)

Its not as straight forward as to bank $88m profit.

Id take of the 9.625m and say 10m plc costs. $68m (less hedge cost) profit call it.

Also these older assets may require capex as well as opex. There are many moving parts.

I would buy again lower down. For my opinion, they were getting toppy over 135p and there was more downside than upside imho. Therefore I sold.

I had alot to sell, and i did so over several weeks. Someone bought them, so they think they are good value. You ALWAYS need a buyer. Thats the best advice to any investor. Exit plan is everything.

Everyone has different opinions/methods.
These things are what makes a market.

I wish everyone gd luck. And I think SQZ has gd downside protection. Of course if an aquistion is unveiled, I will be happy for holders. Perhaps I will think drat, but I made my best decision with the information I had available at the time.

Gd luck all,

Cheers GG
