Mark....at 4.8p on the offer yesterday, with the recent completed works and newsflow expected over the coming months was it was a nailed on bull position....anybody who thought to be in the opposing camp, clearly does not understand the position here going forward, and quite frankly should not be advising others to be either long or short.

I can tell you that the trading on this share has been manipulated and that the board are fully aware of this.

However, once the necessary price movement is achieved and the newsflow regular, this issue will be resolved.

Institutional involve, ent will be seen at the 12-15p range and will shore up any shorting of the stock.

All,

I think if posters like DRH stayed off these threads it would do sefton some good. With a reputation like his, making reckless call after call on stocks like MPH and others (even stating MPH was the best aim listed stock, even though it is fully listed), then anyone who has come across him shall not even bother to look twice at this stcok. I juest not. Such contributors ought to stay quiet.

SP should have been higher than 7p after the flow rates from the last new wells and a cpl more on todays news. Positive cash flow and no debt for new wells should be worth a cpl of pence alone.

mark... me thinks you give it and his band of puppets (oops sorry, muppets) too much credit, he's just a bounder and a cad, end of.

Hi DRH, Yes good news lets hope they can keep the momentum going
The licence should have already been in place for the steamer, imo

I wont labour this issue in view of the good news but PI''s should take note

Should have good news flow over next 6-months or so.

Feb/Mar - News on 3/4 wells being drilled and start of steaming.
Apr/Early May - News on steam pilot
Apr/May/Jun - Final Results showing small profit + upgrade of reserves possibly.
May/Jun/Jul/Aug - further drilling and steam plans outlined
September - Interims and first move into significant profit.

That is.. all going well.

Yas0, does that mean your cronies will push us up to 7p then we'll plunge back down again?

MT,

Well, how can i put this, I have a vested interest in Sefton in one way or another.

I have not been a buyer this morning (I prefer to buy as low as possible), though I did take on another paltry 100,000 shares this morning at 5.25.
As matters stand this is the larges trade of the day, and hence it ought to be me saying to you 'then buy some morris'.

If all seftoners purchased a paltry 100k then Sefton would be marked up. No point in attempting to blmae me for the lacklustre price

Morning Mickey, better late than never.....

Appears that steaming system is ship shape and Bristol fashion, from an engineering perspective....significant progress imo.

Bobbyg,

We may have our personal differences, but these ought not to serve as an impediment to allowing a reasoned discussion about Sefton on here.

I am preparing a brief note which I shall submit on a couple of theads today to highlight Sefton to readers that have high regard for the view of the gracious fellow.

It is my view, that based on this announcement today, the stock ought to be sitting on 7p right now.

Dean -- watching here as well as MRP. Great news on both fronts !

Think we'll see many more small producing oil'es in take over talks this year.
SER could well be one of them -- whats the real value ?
