Bobby seems to think the chart has no value. That may be so, but some like to assess charts before taking a position. Hence I think it is worth having Tech's reading of the chart in detail. He did previously cover this issue some months ago, but only very briefly. I seem to recall he was not impressed by the chart. I suspect he may be even less impressed now mindful of the recent falls.

But then that is a matter for him.

Bobbyg2 Mine's a "lake course" so just have swan and Canadian geese droppings to contend with - on the greens!!
Quite apt though for the quality of my golf :-)

I'll have a knock every know and then winter time UK, but only play on municipals generally so end up spending far too long looking for my ball among the leaves littering the course.

Temporary greens are a great leveller though.

I play most weekday mornings. Really lovely on the course this morning - except for the bsll plugging - wasn't cold nor wet. Better than working :-)

only when the sun shines MT - not got enough rocks in my head to tramp round in the wet and cold.

You should try it, great for relieving the tension of watching SER stagnate - i somtimes like to imagine yas0's face on my ball :)

MT

Wouldnt be one for me then - dont like tqarget golf where its all about how far you can hit it. Much prefer lots of hazards, more to blame your poor performance on :)

I shall be asking Tech, who has a reasonable following on these threads, to do a detailed chart review of Sefton on here.

More on that later.

Aye bobby – My present home sits between TWO golf courses and I can't stand the game.

That's Turnberry golf course they refer to Just had $100mil spent on it to make it tiger woods friendly

Yet again Matador is able to read my posts despite having me filtered.

Hence I assert there is not a single reader on here that has me on filter. Shame really.

Matador-The guy that owns it is a real estate agent, but he must be hurting the condos vacant, the property taxes he will pay will be $9800, per year followed by a monthy maintenance fee of £700appx for the building to cover the upkeep landscaping, pool gym valet parking etc.

That's the intercoastal and Atlantic ocean you see from the window , my condo is south facing similar views and looks towards south beach and downtown Miami
Opposite direction if you like
