More squabbling....

Seftoners have been talking of profitability for years. It remains a distant dream.

I would much prefer the truth to be reported, it demonstrates the moral values of the management to investors it creates confidence, and in turn investors feel secure with there investment.

Its quite simple this company has a lot of potential they are not exploring for the oil its there in the ground, all they have to do is get it out.

If they were to address the issue of how they report to the market, and not play these shenanigans with wording in the reports and conflicting conversations with investors as to what the progress of the company in – this would be in double figures now imo

Relishing, it wouldn't really matter how they worded it, it would be interpreted differently by each of us.

Except Yas0, he would just interpret it negatively even if they said the bank had written off the drawdown as a Xmas present!

mitp, I was referring to the share price in general. It has hardly been rising of late, just the past 48 hours! Law of averages dictates it will fluctuate towards the positive occasionally! :O)

Its swings and roundabouts isn't it. Put in all the gory details and it looks negative, leave out the details and people imagine they must be lying or concealing something nasty, so infer negatives.
I can see why they prefer the latter method for public consumption, but I think most shareholders would prefer the former.

I wont promise to filter or completely ignore the Troll as I believe it should be countered when he states deliberate falsehoods about SER.

I will however keep any replies I feel necessary brief and limited to a single post where possible.

I'm not convinced they have lied but I agree clarity and truth are always best in the long run.

Lets hope they now realise that their version of clarity and their shareholders version of clarity are slightly off whack and word the february RNS's with brevity and precision.

Excellent - now Relsihing indicates he has filtered the gracious fello0w - only bobbyg of the hardened bull brigade to go.

Now I know that they shall all continue to read my posts - that is a given. But to attempt to create the perception that they have me filtered, they shall not respond. Hence new readers shall be allowed to soak up the views of the gracious fellow without them being subjected to unjustified criticism.

So come on Bobbyg, do as your chums suggest.

Bobby – Totally understand your comment, however they have lied to cover up certain facts imo
It's clear they are thinly spread in terms of qualified people who can deal with a drilling campaign and sort out the necessary details of the steaming. In fact JE touches on this in his reply to flea.

When they learn that it is best to state the truth other than try to fool the market – we will be making some headway on a turn in sentiment imo

Any chance you could post todays trades in you would be so kind. I put a limit buy in this morning and would like to know if it has been filled. I'm at work at the moment and the security restrictions mean that I can't pull up a list of trades.
