Bought back in here again. This is due a bounce along with travel sector. Strong Buy at this price. Especially when vaccine is ready.

Conditions - SACKING of the board.
They wanted to hold on to their own jobs. Shareholders interests came a distant second.

Travel sector soaring - IAG, Carnival - this is held down.

Very, very suspicious.

justiceNot too certain they have to inform the market until such time that the Board require shareholder approval. They may get numerous "offers" that never get anywhere and apparently there were a lot of conditions from the US bidders.

This is a classic example...the Company and the share price are 2 different entities...insiders control the company but have no control over the share price...the company and the share price only marry together during Placing, RI or a bid...the rest of the time they are divorced from each other...

Sent this to Mark Watkins, Euan Sutherland and the FCA earlier: -

Share price 11p; offer rejected at 33p.
Offer, however conditional, NOT disclosed to the market.

Shares now trading at a THIRD of the offer price.

I suspect the conditions of the offer were that the board and CEO would all be sacked.
Hence why you rejected it.

Share price now BELOW the placing price even.

There needs to be a formal investigation into this scandal by the FCA.

Bought some today. Near term debt repayments and too much debt tripped it up. Looks in better shape with better management plan and can survive any second wave. Could multi bag with little downside imo.

Then the following Monday share consolidation...if it closes this coming Friday around 12p then that will be 180p the following Monday if understood correctly...which is close to original IPO price of 185p (I think)...what a coincidence or a magical trick...shorters galore mark2?...

Struth! The 'The founder is a cretin'.Ye sure he got 1.35 billion and a government backed guarantee of 10% interest on his money. He invested in failing schools he opened a university, bought and regenerated Folkestone harbour into a thriving community centre for businesses and entertainment. If DeHaan had not stepped in some American investment company would have taken it and sold of the parts making a considerable profit at the shareholders expense. So he has bought a share of the company back (now 26%) for about half what the rejected offer was which has cost less than 10% of his original sale. How exactly does that make him a cretin? Really some people shouldn't be allowed out

How many shares at 27p, 12p and how much would the remainder be worth to maintain pre funding mk cap?.
