Don't forget this was 12p at end of August anyway, got to see if it continues to drift or has found support

Another seemingly pointless exercise. It seems that by the time the rights issue is in play the stock will be 12p or less. I’m not taking up the offer

Mystic Investment group is led by Mario. They have a large, mostly river, cruise section, but are currently building 3 ocean cruise ships.

More details (including other Mario/Pluris investments towards the end) here :

Judging by the constant stream of AT trades hitting the bid, and the relentless supply of new stock onto the book, I would hazard a guess insti or large holders are selling out now and replacing what they sell at the 12p offer price

Either that or just selling out lol

Anyone know anything about the portugese person who has just popped up with 3%?

Edit - seems he is Chairman of this company

The speed at which the share price moves to the downside is so spectacular then the upside move...not just here but across the plc casino markets...ever wonder why the system is set up such...one way to part company with your money and create liquidity...BOD or companies don't have control over their share price...share consolidation is mark2 of the whole process again...hope for best...

FWIW I think the bod are pretty hopeless and responsible for the current mess. Their handling of this fund raise is farcical and smacks of inexperience verging on incompetence. That said I think this is very cheap and have confidence that the new chairman will kick this into shape.

Post 2826...sorry have disagree with that...Saga was down to 33p june/july 2019 well before Covid19...looks like few naive punters here...now below 13p...

Exactly. You could also ask yourself if bid of 33p was on the table, what were they expecting to make out of braking the company up? Dehaan is in for 22p average now. Its hard not to ignore, and it is possibly not as much of a risk for him in percentage terms as some of us smaller holders. That of course is not the issue for him. Quite likely the share price will drift but I think they are reckoning mow the take up exceeds shares on offer and it has been designed so that all share holders will receive their entitlement by the clawback clause. Bodes pretty well, and then DeHaan has plenty more to support the price if necessary.
