05/1/2020 13:43 | How does htis outfit buy her fuel for the ships? Is it in advance, 12/24 months ahead or adhoc? Reason I ask is there will be a spike in the oil price when Iran's proxy attackes one or 2 oil tankers as expected. Re the Iran scenario, nothing to worry about unless you live there as at morst with will be nothing like the several ships attacked and sauida oil fields as they know that is what Trump wants so will limit to a few mortars here and there thankfully and a few drones home made ones at S/Arbia oil firlds hitting the sand as they don't want their missile bases wipped out, well thankfully not those higher up the food chain in Iran as they sabre ratttle but they know they stand to lose everything. | cautious7
03/1/2020 18:13 | -4.2% is not a big drop for a share like this. Stand back and look at a 1 year chart and tell me if the move looks unlikely. It's noise unless you are (trying to) day trading this | davr0s
03/1/2020 17:48 | Why should the reorganisation of Elliott’s business cause such a large drop in the share price? | sharebuddy1
31/12/2019 15:23 | Happy New Year old codgers.Could be a good one and will certainly be interesting. | husbod

20/12/2019 15:02 | Quite enjoy your drivel tbh EJ. Am sure I'm not the only one. Whilst I don't tend to keep detailed records, anecdotally this has been my largest loser this year (in value) and also one of my biggest winners, if counted as a separate entity from when I bought in after the slump. Lets hope for smoother ride next year. | dr biotech
18/12/2019 20:12 | Yes thanks EJ very useful....! | martin44

18/12/2019 04:28 | Question to EJ...what is your target portfolio percentage for Saga and why?As a supplemental question I would be interested to know your top 3 percentage holdings also Thank you | lurker
17/12/2019 12:55 | EJ - good luck with your enlarged position. i would certainly be adding at these levels but already have a large enough holding so will wait and see. no real reason for the recent drop apart from low volumes and usual volatility. next stimulus will be in january 20 hopefully (!) with a positive update to reassure the markets | rsivapalan
17/12/2019 10:19 | Seems to have become pretty unloved since it touched the giddy heights of 60p a while back. Every day there seem to be bouts of pretty aggressive AT trading which usually result in the price lurching lower. Standard Life havent notified since they last reduced at the beginning of October but I do wonder if any other large holder has been selling All about the next trading update I guess - if they avoid any bad news then Saga is cheap | nav_mike
13/12/2019 21:00 | Guys be careful the trend is lower...it is making lower lows and lower highs...could do with some company specific news... | diku |
