I trimmed a third of my holding a few months ago at 286p, and bought some back at 268, and am tempted to top up at these levels. Looks like decent support level.

I was in at 170 in the dark old days. Sold for a decent profit but eyeing this up again. Had trouble trading this morning due to volatility. Nice div with this as well

Thanks for your thoughts Tintin. Out of interest have you bought anything this am. I tried to make a few purchases but couldn't get a low price on some of the stocks on my w/list.

What are people's thoughts about £SFE post-Brexit? Divi yield almost 5% at this level and not really exposed to the housebuilders in terms of new builds. I can't see people not buying replacement windows as a result of Brexit. Price looks attractive again.

Brought into this company about two weeks ago its be a real roll coaster was not expecting that but do agree seems to be a solid co and good yield strong balance sheet

Bit surprised at the share price action here since the excellent AGM trading update. Even today would have expected more of a bounce.DD

Agreed, just concerned that a Brexit will hurt a lot of companies for a good while........good or bad.DD

Thanks Dave. This week has been pretty brutal alright! However gives a chance to invest in quality companies at discount prices. Who knows whats next weeks vote will bring, but regardless, folk are still going to want double glazing!

Yep, well done tintin on your 233 top-up, must have caught it right at, or near enough, the low. Best ask for me was 238 so decided to wait.Brexit has to be priced in now surely, the FTSE All Share and FTSE100 have dropped about 6% in a week. Seems to be strong support at 5900 for the FTSE100 and it bounced of this intraday low today to close at 5950.......so just hoping there won't be another week of this!, my PF can't handle it!.GLDD

I always felt that I lost out in the past as this quickly recovers after any dip. Not this time hopefully. Although not a total bargain price I am happy as I doubt we will ever see this in bargain territory again, especially since manufacturing will be up 100% as per the recent update.

Imagine a raft of folk just in for the div? Anyways this is a pretty good price. I did say I was not going to add more as this is a big whack of my portfolio, but for this price, just cant say no! One of the true money machines that never disappoints.

Hope it doesn't drop going ex tomorrow, well not the full amount anyway!..........its suffered enough IMV on the tail of the decline in housebuilders due to Brexit jitters.DD
