Another director sell announced from yesterday. The finance director's wife has sold 105,000 shares which equates to about a third of the Finance director's and his connected persons' cumulative holding. Isn't very confidence inspiring. Should we be following the directors to the exit? Fils

Very chunky. Surprised he was able to achieve 160. Thanks, I had missed that. Maybe he has tax bill, divorce settlement or....?

CEO disposed of 1.4 million shares at 1.60. His remaining holding is just under 2.8 million, even so a chunky sale imv.

My experience of the company is largely negative. OK product - but lousy installers. On our house to make the windows open easily the clown fitter decided to remove on 6 windows out of 12 the claw 'hooks' that secure the windows. Given they are not obvious I approved the installation and paid for the job completely unaware of this deliberate vandalism. I only realised what they had done when I found one of these cast metal 'hooks' under a bed. Sadly the cheques had cleared otherwise I would have seen them in court before they were paid in full. The attitude of the company was 'oh well these things happen'. IIRC they replaced the lock mechanisms to 10 openers!! Avoid them like the plague.

Fall in share price looks way overdone. The miss is very small and although cost of sales is disappointing, sfe is still cash generative and has market dominance. They should be Able to pick off weaker competitors to get more throughput for the new factory surely.

They are still a very profitable company. They have had a bad year. Not the end of the world. Will bounce back, but may take a year or two.

Buyback programme under way. 90000 in each of the last 2 days. And share price responding well. Maybe a few shorters burned to a crisp Glenda! Hope so. Gotta flush them out
